Description
重量比で0.1%のSiを含有する板厚0.50mmの無方向性電気鋼板(120×60mm)を供試材とし,その上に各種処理液をコーティングバーを用いて2.0〜6.0g/m2の範囲で塗布した。また,このように塗布された試片を650℃で数秒間乾燥させた後,空冷する。
Claims (7)
- 第1リン酸アルミニウムと第1リン酸亜鉛との混合液100gに対して,水酸化コバルトと水酸化ストロンチウムとの混合液0.5〜5g,ポリエステルエマルジョン樹脂150〜300g,ケイ酸アルミニウム3〜10g,及びキレート剤0.5〜6.0gが添加されてなる被覆組成物において,
前記ポリエステルエマルジョン樹脂は2,000〜15,000の重量平均分子量,15〜25%の固形分,及び100〜500cpの粘度を有することを特徴とする相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物。 - 前記第1リン酸アルミニウムと第1リン酸亜鉛との混合液は,55〜60重量%の固形分及び30〜70cpの粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物。
- 前記水酸化コバルトと水酸化ストロンチウムとの混合液はリン酸塩の総重量に対して55〜60重量%の固形分を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルエマルジョン樹脂は40〜50のガラス転移温度(Tg)及び4〜5の酸度(pH)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物。
- 前記キレート剤は,トリエタノールアミンチタネート,2,2,2−チタニウムニトリロトリセタノレート,及び有無機チタネート−多孔質複合物を含むチタニウム系化合物の中から一つ以上選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項の絶縁被膜形成用被覆組成物を鋼板上に片面当り2.0〜6.0g/m2で塗布し,350〜700℃の温度で10〜50秒間加熱処理して絶縁被膜を形成することを特徴とする相溶性及び表面光沢に優れた無方向性電気鋼板の絶縁被膜形成方法。
- 請求項6の方法で製造された,2μm以上の被膜厚さを有し,相溶性及び表面光沢に優れることを特徴とする無方向性電気鋼板。
