Description
前述したように,本発明の基本概念は,無方向性電気鋼板用のコーティング溶液に環境にとって有害なCrと,遊離リン酸塩の析出に関する問題を有する金属リン酸塩を排除すると共に電気鋼板の表面に高い機能性を付与することにある。本コーティング溶液は大別して2段階に分けて製造した。
H 180℃,24時間)に表面の密着性と剥離の有無を測定することにより測定される。
Claims (7)
- Ba2SO 4 20〜40重量%と,二酸化チタン(TiO2)10〜20重量%と,イオン水15〜30重量%と,高沸点溶媒のエチレングリコール並びにグリセリンを含有するメラミン系樹脂30〜50重量%とを含む無方向性電気鋼板用のコーティング溶液。
- 前記Ba 2 SO 4 は1〜3μmの寸法の斜方晶状であり,前記メラミン系樹脂と前記Ba 2 SO 4 との分散性と溶液安定性を有する請求項1記載のコーティング溶液。
- 前記酸化チタンは球形であり,50〜200nmの粒径を有する請求項1記載のコーティング溶液。
- 請求項1記載のコーティング溶液を鋼板に塗布した後,300〜600℃の温度で10〜50秒間加熱処理することを含む無方向性電気鋼板のコーティング方法。
- 請求項4記載のコーティング方法で製造された無方向性電気鋼板のコーティング層。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のコーティング溶液を使用して形成されたコーティング層を有する無方向性電気鋼板。
- 請求項6記載の無方向性電気鋼板を少なくとも一部に含む電気製品。
