Claims (9)
- 삭제
- 조성물 총 중량에 대하여,(A) 인산 2 내지 7 중량%;(B) 수용성인산염 0.5 내지 3 중량%;(C) 지르코늄 화합물 0.5 내지 5 중량%;(D) 바나듐 화합물 1 내지 5 중량%;(E) 물성개선제 0.05 내지 3 중량%; 및(F) 전체 조성물 총중량이 100 중량%가 되도록 하는 잔량의 물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 수용성인산염은 오르토인산, 피로인산, 폴리인산, 메타인산 및 인산염을 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 지르코늄 화합물은 헥사플루오로지르코늄산, 헥사플루오로지르코늄산의 염, 탄산지르코닐암모늄, 아세트산지르코닐을 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 바나듐 화합물은 산화 바나듐, 암모늄메타바나데이트, 바나듐아세틸아세토네이트, 3염화바나듐, 바나듐옥시아세틸아세토네이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 물성개선제는 수용성 실리카졸, 수분산성 실리카졸, 알루미나졸, 아미노실란, 에폭시실란을 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 6중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면처리 조성물을 전기주석도금강판에 건조도막 부착량이 0.5~20mg/m2이 되도록 코팅하는 단계와,상기 표면처리 조성물이 코팅된 전기주석도금강판을 표면온도가 40~200℃가 되도록 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물을 이용한 전기주석도금강판의 표면 코팅방법
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 표면처리 조성물의 온도는 30~80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물을 이용한 전기주석도금강판의 표면 코팅방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 표면처리 조성물은 pH가 2.5~4.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 조성물을 이용한 전기주석도금강판의 표면 코팅방법.
