Abstract
Description
・ 接触改質ガソリン中に存在する水素を、分離手段を用いてその改質ガソリンの残部から分離し、
・ 軽質のベンゼンリッチ留分を重質の改質ガソリンから分離し、
・ ベンゼンを含有する軽質改質ガソリンを、90℃〜150℃の温度、及び0.5〜10のVVHにてニッケル系水素化触媒、及び、セパレータタンクの頂部における前記水素分離工程の際に得られ前記セパレータの出口圧力にて使用される水素の少なくとも一部と、接触させる、
ベンゼンの水素化方法を提案する。
・ ディーゼル燃料ネットワークに送られるC4 −留分、
・ 石油化学の現場へと送られる高い蒸気圧を有する軽質留分、
・ ガソリンプール又は異性化装置へと送られる重質の留分、
の3つの留分が得られる。
・ 圧力:5bar
・ 温度:150℃
・ 体積当たりの時間体積流量、100Nm3/m3CATA触媒
・ 持続時間:6時間
・ 塩素は、例えば、2008年4月25日にINPIに提出された特許出願、第08/02−345号に記載されているシステムにおける吸収によって、除去される。
・ LHSV:触媒体積当たりの時間体積流量:1.5
・ 反応器入口温度:150℃
・ 圧力:28bar
・ 圧力:16bar
・ LHSV:触媒体積当たりの時間体積流量:1.5
・ 反応器入口温度:120℃

Claims (15)
- 接触改質ガソリン中に含有されるベンゼンの水素化方法であって、
該接触改質ガソリン中に存在する水素を、分離手段を用いて該改質ガソリンから分離し、
軽質のベンゼンリッチ留分を重質改質ガソリンから分離し、
ベンゼンを含有する軽質改質ガソリンを、90℃〜150℃の温度、0.5〜10のVVHにてニッケル系水素化触媒と、及びセパレータタンクの頂部における前記水素分離工程中に得られ前記セパレータの出口圧力で使用される水素の少なくとも一部と、接触させる、
ベンゼンの水素化方法。 - 前記触媒が、10〜60重量%のニッケルを含む、請求項1に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記触媒が、活性表面を有し、活性表面の分散率は少なくとも10%である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記触媒との接触が、5〜25barの圧力にて行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記温度が95℃〜140℃である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記VVHが1〜4である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記軽質改質ガソリンが、改質ガソリンスプリッタ(4)からの側部抜き出しによって得られる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- C4及びC5留分が、改質ガソリンスプリッタ(4)の頂部において抜き出される、請求項7に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記C4及びC5留分が、安定化カラム(7)へと送られる、請求項8に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記軽質改質ガソリンが、改質ガソリンスプリッタ(4)の頂部における抜き出しによって得られる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- ベンゼンを含有する前記軽質改質ガソリンと水素化触媒との間の前記接触工程の終わりに得られる水素化生成物の一部が、安定化カラム(7)へと送られる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記水素化生成物が、前記安定化カラム(7)へと送られる前に気液セパレータ(6)へと送られる、請求項11に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記安定化カラムが、接触改質から得られる任意の未安定化炭化水素留分を供給されることができる、請求項12に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
- 前記安定化カラムの出口において、
ディーゼル燃料ネットワークへと送られるC4 −留分、
石油化学の現場へと送られる高蒸気圧を有する軽質留分、
ガソリンプール又は異性化装置へと送られるより重質の留分、
の3つの留分が得られる、請求項13に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。 - 使用される前記安定化カラムが、上流の触媒改質装置の既存の安定化カラムである、請求項14に記載のベンゼンの水素化方法。
