Description
コーティングさせるガラス基材は、フロート法により得られる約6mmの厚みの平面ガラス基材であった(そのフロート法は、溶融スズ浴上に溶融ガラスを注ぐことからなる)。この基材を、酸炭化ケイ素(SiOC)で事前にコーティングし、その光触媒性の酸化チタンの15nmの厚みのフィルムをその上に載せた。これら二つのフィルムを、CVD法により得た。ここでは、有機金属前駆体又はハロゲン前駆体を、フロート法による形成の後の熱いガラスリボンに気相状態で近づけた。
コーティングされる基材は、実施例1で使用したものと同一であった。

Claims (11)
- 連続的な一時的保護フィルム(2)でコーティングされたガラス基材(1)であって、前記フィルム(2)が、識別可能なコロイドポリマー粒子(3)の積み重ねから本質的に構成されている、ガラス基材(1)。
- 前記ポリマー粒子(3)の平均粒径が、40〜500nm、特には50〜300nmの間である、請求項1に記載の基材。
- 前記ポリマーが、アクリル系ポリマー又はアクリル系コポリマーである、請求項1又は2に記載の基材。
- 前記ポリマーのガラス転移温度が、30℃以下、且つ/又は20℃以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記一時的保護フィルム(2)の厚みが、2〜100μm、特には5〜50μmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記一時的保護フィルム(2)の下に、少なくとも一つの親水性フィルム、特には光触媒性酸化チタン系のフィルムを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 連続的な一時的保護フィルム(2)でガラス基材(1)をコーティングする方法であって、少なくとも一つの非水溶性固体ポリマーのコロイド粒子(3)の水系分散体を、前記基材の少なくとも一つの表面に堆積させ、そして前記少なくとも一つのポリマーのガラス転移温度より高いが50℃を超えない温度で、得られた前記フィルムを乾燥させる、コーティング方法。
- 前記水系分散体が、水及び前記コロイドポリマー粒子(3)から構成されている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記コロイド粒子(3)の形状及びサイズが、乾燥によって実質的に変化を受けない、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記水系コロイド分散体を、フローコーティング、ディップコーティング、カーテンコーティング又はスプレーコーティングにより堆積させる、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護フィルム(2)を、グレージング表面を一時的に保護するために用いて、そして前記一時的保護フィルム(2)を冷水又は温水を用いて除去する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の一時的保護フィルム(2)、又は請求項7〜10のいずれか一項により得られる一時的保護フィルム(2)を用いる方法。
