Claims (12)
- 粒子流(4)から、第1群の寸法の粒子(3)を有する少なくとも第1のフラクションと、第2の群の寸法の粒子を有する第2のフラクション(3)とを分離するための分離装置(1)であって、前記分離装置(1)が、前記粒子流(4)用の送入装置(2)と、前記粒子用の半径方向に延びる衝突面(6、6’)を各々が有する板(6、6’)を外周(13)に有する回転可能なドラム(5)と、前記第1のフラクションの粒子を中に収容するための、前記ドラム(5)に近接する少なくとも第1の収容領域(11、11’)と、前記第2のフラクションの粒子を中に収容するための、前記ドラム(5)から離れた少なくとも第2の収容領域(12、12’)とを備える分離装置(1)において、前記装置が、前記粒子(3)を外部の気象条件から保護するようなハウジング(6)を有し、これにより、前記装置(1)によって処理されるべき前記粒子流(4)の前記粒子(3)が0〜15mmの範囲の寸法を有することが可能になることを特徴とする分離装置(1)。
- 前記送入装置(2)が、前記ドラム(5)の上方に配置された縁部(2’)を有する振動板(2)であり、前記縁部(2’)が前記粒子流(4)用の排出口として具体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記送入装置(2)が、使用時に、10Hzよりも高い振動周波数および5mmよりも小さな振幅で動作することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分離装置。
- 前記送入装置が、縁部(2’)と、前記縁部(2’)で見られるように下方に傾斜する、前記縁部(2’)に直接隣接するスライド板(2”)とを有する振動板(2)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記スライド板(2”)が水平に対して70〜90°の範囲の角度で傾斜されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分離装置。
- 使用時に、前記粒子流(4)の前記粒子(3)が前記ドラム(5)に向かって、回転軸線(8)に向かう方向にまたは前記回転軸線(8)のすぐ近くに落下することが生じるように、および前記板(6、6’)が、前記ドラム(5)から延びる垂直またはほぼ垂直に上方に向けられた位置にあるときに、前記ドラム(5)の前記板(6、6’)が前記落下している粒子(3)に衝突することを意図するように、前記振動板(2)の前記縁部(2’)が前記ドラム(5)の前記回転軸線(8)の上方に垂直またはほぼ垂直に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記板(6、6’)には裏打ち(14)が設けられ、前記裏打ち(14)が、前記の板(6、6’)の背後の乱流を阻止するように、前記板(6、6’)の自由末端(15、15’)から前記ドラムの外周(13)に向かって傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 使用時に、前記板(6、6’)が20〜30m/sの範囲の均一な速度で前記粒子に衝突することが生じる速度で、前記ドラム(5)が回転することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記第2の収容領域(12、12’)から前記ドラム(5)に向かって方向付けられる流れ方向を有するガス流を供給するための手段が、前記分離装置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記ドラム(5)から離れた前記少なくとも第2の収容領域(12、12’)には、前記第2の領域に収容された前記第2のフラクションの前記粒子を排出するためのコンベア(17)が設けられ、前記コンベアの排出口には、前記第2のフラクションの粒子に固着している前記第1のフラクションの粒子を除去するために、下方に向けられた空気流(18)を供給する送風機(19)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置(1)で、15〜20重量%の水分を有する粒子流(4)を処理することにより、前記粒子流(4)を、第1群の寸法の粒子(3)を有する少なくとも第1のフラクションと、第2の群の寸法の粒子(3)を有する第2のフラクションとに分離するための方法において、前記粒子流(4)に前記分離装置(1)の前記処理を施す前に、前記粒子を0〜15mmの範囲の寸法に限定するように前記粒子流(4)がふるい分けされることと、0〜2mmの範囲の寸法を有する粒子に関係する第1のフラクションを提供するために、および2〜15mmの範囲の寸法を有する粒子に関係する第2のフラクションを提供するために、前記分離装置(1)が使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記粒子流(4)が廃棄物焼却灰から発生し、これにより、前記灰からの金属を前記第1のフラクションと前記第2のフラクションとに分級するために、前記分離装置(1)が使用され、その後、前記金属を鉄金属と非鉄金属とに分離するために、前記第2のフラクションが乾燥分離方法でさらに処理されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
