Claims (18)
- 特に自動車のための、塗装された押出しストリップにおいて、
当該押出しストリップ上に塗装後に剥がせる少なくとも一つのカバー層(44;144)が押出し成形されていることを特徴とする押出しストリップ。 - 塗装された可視面を有する本体(12)と、当該本体(12)上に押出し成形された少なくとも一つのシール体(14)とを有する押出しストリップにおいて、
前記少なくとも一つのシール体(14)上に、当該シール体(14)の少なくとも一つのシール面をカバーするとともに、塗装後に剥がせるカバー層(44)が押出し成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出しストリップ。 - 前記カバー層(44)は、概ね前記可視面から前記シール面まで延在していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記カバー層(44)には、剥離補助部が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記剥離補助部は、自由に突出する帯状部(52;54;152)から形成されており、好適には、前記自由な帯状部の端部に膨張部(56;58;158)を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記押出しストリップ、場合によって前記本体(12)は、金属帯(16)であって、当該金属帯上に押出し成形されたプラスチック層(18)、好適には、PVC層を有する金属帯から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記帯状の本体(12)は、当該帯の二つの端部に、それぞれ一つのシール体(14)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つのシール体は、シール縁(シール線32;42)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記シール体(14)は、エラストマーによって形成されており、前記カバー層(44)は、熱可塑性プラスチックによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記シール体(14)は、PVCまたはPVCの共重合体、好適には、軟化剤の添加によって軟化されたもの、および/あるいはPP/EPDMまたはSEBSまたはSBSをベースとするエラストマーによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記カバー層(44)は、ポリオレフィン、好適には、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレン、またはそれらの共重合体または三元重合体、および/あるいはポリウレタンエラストマー、および/あるいはPVCまたはPVCの共重合体、好適には、軟化剤の添加によって軟化されたもの、によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記シール体(14)は、PVCまたはPVCの共重合体、好適には、軟化剤の添加によって軟化されたものによって形成されており、前記カバー層(44)は、ポリオレフィン、好適にポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレン、好ましくは、それらの共重合体または三元重合体によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記シール体は、エラストマー、特にPP/EPDMまたはSEBSまたはSBSをベースとするエラストマーによって形成されており、前記カバー層(44)は、熱可塑性ポリウレタンエラストマーによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 前記カバー層(44)は、塗料の接着を向上させるために、好適には、プライマーを用いて、および/あるいは表面張力を高める手段によって表面処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- ルーフ用トリムとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の押出しストリップ(10)。
- 特に自動車のための押出しストリップ(10)であり、当該ストリップ(10)を部分的にのみカバーする塗装層を有する押出しストリップを製造するための方法であって、
前記ストリップ(10)を、当該ストリップ上に押出し成形されるとともに剥がすことができるカバー層(44)でマスキングするステップと、
前記ストリップ(10)を塗装するステップと、
前記カバー層(44)を剥がすステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記カバー層(44)を共押出し成形法で、前記ストリップ(10)と共に製造することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の押出しストリップ(10)を製造するための方法。
- 前記カバー層(44)に対して、塗装前に、表面処理、好適にプラズマ処理または火花処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の押出しストリップ(10)を製造するための方法。
