Claims (11)
- 型締対象の加工品の型締装置(9)、特に旋盤において、型締圧力を設定および監視する弁装置であって、
少なくとも一つの圧力制御弁(1A、1B)であって、それを介して前記型締装置(9)の型締圧力調整が行われる圧力制御弁(1A、1B)と、
少なくとも一つの圧力センサ(6A、6B)であって、決定可能な設定値の型締圧力に調整される前記型締装置(9)の前記それぞれの型締圧力を検出する圧力センサ(6A、6B)と、を備えることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記それぞれの圧力制御弁は圧力減少弁(1)であって、特には、比例圧力減少弁(1A、1B)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記それぞれの圧力制御弁(1A、1B)は、好ましくは、前記制御手段により作動できる位置決めモーター(M)のセルフロッキング式歯車装置により形成されている機械式セルフロッキングが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記それぞれの圧力センサ(6A、6B)が電子制御装置(12)に接続されているか、または前記圧力センサが、自由にプログラムできる電子圧力スイッチの一部であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の弁装置。
- 少なくとも二つの3/2方向制御弁(4A、4B)または二つの4/2方向制御弁(4A、4B)が、前記型締装置(9)への供給に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の弁装置。
- 二つの方向制御弁(4A、4B)および/または圧力制御弁(1A、1B)は、お互いに独立して切り替えることができることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の弁装置。
- 前記それぞれの方向制御弁(4A、4B)は、前記指定可能な圧力制御弁(1A、1B)と前記型締装置(9)の間の油圧供給回路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の弁装置。
- 前記型締装置(9)は、お互いに接続されて流体を搬送していて且つそのブロッキング位置が前記それぞれの圧力減少弁(1A、1B)の方向において設定される、二つの逆止弁(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の弁装置。
- 前記二つの逆止弁(8)は、前記指定可能な方向制御弁(4A、4B)の前記それぞれの出力に接続されて流体を搬送することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の弁装置。
- 使用される前記型締装置(9)の前記容積サイズに適合するために、前記それぞれの圧力減少弁(1A、1B)の前記出力側に位置する孔(2)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の弁装置。
- 前記方向制御弁を省略し、二つの圧力制御弁(1A、1B)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
