Claims (1)
- パワーチヤツクの把持爪開閉用又は流体圧心押
台の心押軸出し入れ用流体圧シリンダへの供給圧
を調整する電磁比例式圧力制御弁と、前記供給圧
を検出するセンサと、該センサの出力信号値が設
定された指令値と等しくなるように前記圧力制御
弁を駆動する手段とを含んでなることを特徴とす
る流体圧力調整装置。
