Abstract
Description
本発明は、概して、医療用の方法および装置に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、超音波または他の映像からの視覚フィードバックを使用して針の展開を制御するための方法およびシステムに関する。

本発明は、1つ以上の針を組織内に展開するための方法およびシステムの両方を提供する。針は、通常、組織に治療を送達することを意図し、もっとも通常は、無線周波、プラズマ、熱、または他のエネルギーを送達して、組織または組織内部の標的の組織を焼灼または別様に改善するように適合される。しかしながら、とりわけ最初の針の展開に関連する本発明の他の実施形態では、針は、生検を行うことを意図してもよく、または他の診断的目的を有してもよい。
図1に示されるように、本発明の原理に従って構築されるシステム10は、システム制御装置12と治療プローブ14の両方を含む。システム制御装置12は、処理および電源ユニット16および表示画面18を含むことになる。制御装置12は、治療している医師が情報を入力するための、キーボード、タッチ画面、制御パネル等の手段をさらに含むことになる。処理および電源ユニット16は通常、無線周波、マイクロ波、蒸気、治療的プラズマ、または治療エネルギーまたは他の治療薬を治療プローブ14に送達する回路もしくは機構を含むことになる。有利なことに、システム制御装置12は、画面およびロジックの両方を提供し、および別個の無線周波、マイクロ波、HEFU、液体注入、プラズマ注入、蒸気、凍結療法または所望の治療を提供する他の供給源に接続するために、従来のデスクトップまたはラップトップコンピュータを含むことができる。
Claims (47)
- 少なくとも1つの針を組織内に展開するための方法であって、該方法は、
該針を組織内に展開することと、
該針の少なくとも一部分および少なくとも1つの解剖学的特徴を示す、該組織の映像を提供することと、
該映像に、投影される針治療情報をオーバーレイさせることと、
該解剖学的特徴の位置に関連する該投影される針治療情報を評価することと
を含む、方法。 - 映像を提供することは、超音波を介して映像を提供することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記針は、プローブから展開される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的特徴は、筋腫、腫瘍、および被包化された、または擬似被包化された腫瘤から成る群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的特徴は、筋腫を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記プローブは、子宮内に位置決めされ、前記針は、前記筋腫に近接する場所または該筋腫の中に展開される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的特徴は、漿膜をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。

該マークされた場所に基づいて、前記組織の前記映像に、投影される安全境界をオーバーレイさせることと、
繊細な解剖構造が該安全境界外にあることを視覚的に確認することと
