Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン10に排気アダプタ50を介して排気管11を接続し、前記排気アダプタ50に設けた燃料噴射弁52により排気管11内に燃料を直接噴射する排気管内燃料噴射システム5であって、前記排気アダプタ50の下端部に前記排気管11の先端フランジ部53を接続するための下部フランジ部54を設けると共に、これら先端フランジ部53及び下部フランジ部54のフランジ面53a,54aに燃料がかからないように遮蔽する筒状の遮蔽部55を前記排気管11内に突出した状態に設けている。

Claims (3)
- エンジンに排気アダプタを介して排気管を接続し、前記排気アダプタに設けた燃料噴射弁により排気管内に燃料を直接噴射する排気管内燃料噴射システムであって、
前記排気アダプタの下端部に前記排気管の先端フランジ部を接続するための下部フランジ部を設けると共に、これら先端フランジ部及び下部フランジ部のフランジ面に燃料がかからないように遮蔽する筒状の遮蔽部を前記排気管内に突出した状態に設けたことを特徴とする排気管内燃料噴射システム。 - 前記排気管の径方向に該排気管と前記遮蔽部との間に燃料を滲み込ませないための所定の隙間を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気管内燃料噴射システム。
- 前記排気アダプタの下部フランジ部と前記排気管の先端フランジ部との間にモリブデンコートが施されたガスケットを介設したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気管内燃料噴射システム。
