Abstract
【解決手段】排気通路3に設けたDPF11に捕集されたPMを燃焼するDPF再生制御を行う排気ガス浄化装置において、DPF11の温度を温度センサ15、16によって検出したベッド温度が基準温度よりも高くなった時間を積算し、積算時間と所定時間を比較し、積算時間が所定時間よりも短い場合には、DPF11の前端面にPMが堆積していると判定する。

Claims (6)
- 排気通路に設けたDPFに所定のPM量が捕集された場合に、排気ガス温度を上昇させPMを燃焼するDPF再生制御を行う排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記DPFの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記DPF再生制御時に前記温度が前記PMを燃焼可能な所定の再生温度よりも高くなった時間を積算する時間積算手段と、
前記DPF再生制御後に所定の再生時間と前記時間積算手段による積算時間を比較し、前記積算時間が前記再生時間よりも短い場合に、前記DPFの排気ガス導入部にPMが残存していると判定するPM偏在判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記再生時間と前記積算時間の偏差を検出する時間偏差検出手段と、
前記積算時間が前記再生時間よりも短い場合に、次回のDPF再生制御時に前記再生時間に前記偏差を加算する再生時間補正手段と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記再生時間と前記積算時間の偏差を検出する時間偏差検出手段と、
前記積算時間が前記再生時間よりも短い場合に、次回のDPF再生制御時に前記偏差に基づいて前記再生温度を高くする再生温度補正手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記再生温度は、前記排気ガス浄化装置の運転状態に基づいて設定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記再生時間は、前記再生温度に基づいて設定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記時間積算手段は、前記DPF再生制御が終了するまで積算することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
