【解決手段】内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、排気絞り弁13と排気ブレーキ弁18の両方を使用し、触媒温度指標温度Tg2が所定の第1判定温度Tc1より低い場合は、排気ブレーキ弁18を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、触媒温度指標温度Tg2が所定の第1判定温度Tc1以上の場合は、前記排気ブレーキ弁18を開弁側にして排気絞り弁13を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行う。

再生制御を行う際に、フィルタ入口排気温度センサ23で検出された排気ガスの温度である第2排気ガス温度(触媒温度指標温度)Tg2、即ち、触媒付きフィルタ装置12bに流入する排気ガスの温度が所定の第1判定温度Tc1より低い場合は、排気ブレーキ弁18を全閉側にすると共にエンジン10のシリンダ内噴射制御でポスト噴射を伴わないマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行って、第2排気ガス温度Tg2を所定の第1判定温度Tc1まで上昇させることができる。

- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段と、排気絞り弁と排気ブレーキ弁を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するために、前記指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記排気絞り弁と前記排気ブレーキ弁の両方を使用することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、排気ブレーキ弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、前記排気ブレーキ弁を開弁側にして排気絞り弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の温度を指標するフィルタ温度指標温度が、所定の第1判定温度より高い所定の第2判定温度より高い場合は、前記排気ブレーキ弁を開弁側にして排気絞り弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行わない再生温度維持制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御に手動再生制御が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を配置した排気ガス浄化装置と、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度を検出する指標温度検出手段と、排気絞り弁と排気ブレーキ弁を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の浄化能力を回復するために、前記指標温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記排気絞り弁と前記排気ブレーキ弁の両方を使用する制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記触媒温度指標温度が所定の第1判定温度より低い場合は、排気ブレーキ弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でマルチ噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行い、前記触媒温度指標温度が前記所定の第1判定温度以上の場合は、前記排気ブレーキ弁を開弁側にして排気絞り弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御の際に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置の温度を指標するフィルタ温度指標温度が、所定の第1判定温度より高い所定の第2判定温度より高い場合は、前記排気ブレーキ弁を開弁側にして排気絞り弁を全閉側にすると共に、シリンダ内燃料噴射制御でポスト噴射を行わない再生温度維持制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の停止中における再生制御に、手動再生制御を含むことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
