Abstract
【解決手段】第一の取付部材12及び第二の取付部材14と本体ゴム弾性体16が非接着で組み付けられており、第一の取付部材12の中央突部26が本体ゴム弾性体16の一方の端部に挿し入れられていると共に、本体ゴム弾性体16の他方の端部が第二の取付部材14に設けられた凹状部42に嵌め込まれている一方、本体ゴム弾性体16には凹状部42に向かって開口する中央凹所56が形成されており、防振連結対象部材18,20への装着状態で作用する静荷重によって、第一の取付部材12と第二の取付部材14がそれらの対向方向と直交する方向での投影において本体ゴム弾性体16を挟んで重なり合っている。

Claims (3)
- 防振連結対象部材の各一方に取り付けられる第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結された構造を有する防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体が前記第一の取付部材と前記第二の取付部材に対して非接着で取り付けられており、
該第一の取付部材には該本体ゴム弾性体の一方の端部に挿し入れられる中央突部が設けられていると共に、
該第二の取付部材には該第一の取付部材側に向かって開口する凹状部が設けられており、該本体ゴム弾性体の他方の端部が該凹状部に嵌め込まれている一方、
該本体ゴム弾性体には該凹状部に向かって開口して該本体ゴム弾性体の変形を許容する中央凹所が形成されており、前記防振連結対象部材への装着状態で作用する静荷重によって、該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材がそれらの対向方向と直交する方向での投影において該本体ゴム弾性体を挟んで重なり合っていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記第一の取付部材が、前記中央突部から外周側に延び出すフランジ部を備えていると共に、該フランジ部の外周端から該中央突部と同じ側に突出して前記本体ゴム弾性体の一方の端部の外周面に重ね合わされる外周壁部を備えており、該中央突部の該フランジ部からの突出高さが、該外周壁部の該フランジ部からの突出高さよりも大きくなっている請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記外周壁部の突出先端が前記本体ゴム弾性体の外周面から離隔している請求項2に記載の防振装置。
