Abstract
【解決手段】固体撮像装置は、複数の画素が2次元状に配列された画素アレイと、前記画素アレイの各列に対して設けられた複数の列信号線を介して前記画素アレイから信号を読み出す複数の列信号処理回路とを有し、前記画素アレイの互いに異なる色の画素の信号が同一期間に前記複数の列信号処理回路によって読み出される。前記複数の列信号処理回路のうち少なくとも異なる色の画素の信号を処理する列信号処理回路は、前記少なくとも異なる色の画素の信号を処理する列信号処理回路が配置された領域の中では互いに分離された導電線を介して駆動される。

Claims (9)
- 複数の画素が2次元状に配列された画素アレイと、前記画素アレイの各列に対して設けられた複数の列信号線を介して前記画素アレイから信号を読み出す複数の列信号処理回路とを有し、前記画素アレイの互いに異なる色の画素の信号が同一期間に前記複数の列信号処理回路によって読み出される固体撮像装置であって、
前記複数の列信号処理回路のうち少なくとも異なる色の画素の信号を処理する列信号処理回路は、前記少なくとも異なる色の画素の信号を処理する列信号処理回路が配置された領域の中では互いに分離された導電線を介して駆動される、
ことを特徴とする固体撮像装置。 - 前記互いに分離された導電線には、電源電圧が供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記互いに分離された導電線には、互いに同一の論理レベルを有する制御信号が供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記互いに分離された導電線は、当該固体撮像装置の外部装置によって駆動されるパッドに対して、インターフェース回路を介して又は直接に、接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の固体撮像装置。
- 前記少なくとも異なる色の画素の信号を処理する列信号処理回路が配置された領域の外において1つの導電線が前記互いに分離された導電線に分岐されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記1つの導電線は、当該固体撮像装置の外部装置によって駆動されるパッドに対して、インターフェース回路を介して又は直接に、接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体撮像装置。
- 前記複数の列信号処理回路は、N型半導体基板の第1Pウエルに配置された第1の列信号処理回路と、前記N型半導体基板の第2Pウエルに配置された第2の列信号処理回路とを含み、前記第1Pウエルと前記第2Pウエルとが互いに分離され、前記第1の列信号処理回路と前記第2の列信号処理回路とは、互いに異なる色の画素の信号を処理する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 前記複数の列信号処理回路は、N型半導体基板の第1Pウエルに配置された第1の列信号処理回路と、前記N型半導体基板の第2Pウエルに配置された第2の列信号処理回路とを含み、前記第1Pウエルと前記第2Pウエルとが互いに分離され、前記第1PウエルにNウエルが配置され、前記第2PウエルにNウエルが配置され、前記第1の列信号処理回路と前記第2の列信号処理回路とは、互いに異なる色の画素の信号を処理する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の固体撮像装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の固体撮像装置と、
前記固体撮像装置から出力される信号を処理する処理部と、
を備えることを特徴とするカメラ。
