Abstract
【解決手段】クルコン要求馬力演算部33はクルーズ目標車速Soと実車速Sとの速度差ΔSからクルコン要求馬力HPsを求め、クルコン要求トルク演算部34はクルコン要求馬力HPsとエンジン回転数Neとに基づいてクルコン要求トルクTcsを求める。クルコン用アクセル開度演算部37はクルコン要求トルクTcsとエンジン回転数Neとに基づきクルコン用アクセル開度θhaの特性曲線が等馬力曲線に沿って設定されているエンジントルクマップを参照して、クルコン用アクセル開度θhaを設定する。目標プライマリ回転数演算部25はクルコン用アクセル開度θhaと実車速Sとに基づき変速線マップを参照して目標プライマリ回転数Npoを設定する。変速制御部26は目標プライマリ回転数Npoと実車速Sとに基づき目標変速比を求めて変速制御を行う。

Description
Tcs=k・(HPs/Ne)
から求める。ここでkは係数である。尚、このクルコン要求トルクTcsは、クルコン要求馬力HPsとエンジン回転数Neとをパラメータとして予めマップに記憶させておき、マップ検索により設定するようにしても良い。
車両が平地を一定速で走行している状態では、クルーズ目標車速Soと実車速Sとの速度差ΔSが少なく、従って、クルコン要求トルクTcsが大きく変化することはない。又、この状態では要求馬力がほぼ一定であるため、クルコン用アクセル開度θhaも急変することはない。従って、無段変速機3が大きく変速することもない。
例えば高速道路を走行中に、走行路が平地から登坂路にさしかかると、車速Sが一時的に低下する。すると、クルーズ目標車速Soと実車速Sとの速度差ΔSが大きくなるため、先ず、クルコン要求トルクTcsのみが増加する。クルコン要求トルクTcsが増加すると、このクルコン要求トルクTcsとエンジン回転数Neとに基づきエンジントルクマップを参照して逆引きされるクルコン用アクセル開度θhaが増加されるため、このクルコン用アクセル開度θhaと車速Sとに基づき、図4に示す変速線マップを参照して設定される目標プライマリ回転数Npoが増加される。その結果、無段変速機3は変速(ダウンシフト)を開始する。
例えば、運転者がブレーキペダルを踏むと、オートクルーズモードは一時的に解除され、スロットル全閉の減速走行となる。そして、ブレーキペダルを解放すると、オートクルーズモードが復帰(リジューム)され、加速走行により実車速Sを前回設定したクルーズ目標車速Soまで復帰させて定速走行へ移行する。
登坂路走行中に、この登坂路の傾斜勾配が大きくなると、登坂路を定速走行してる車両の車速Sとエンジン回転数Neとが共に低下するため、上述した「2)平地一定速走行からの加速走行」と同様の制御動作が行われる。但し、この場合、走行負荷が大きいため、クルコン要求トルクTcsとエンジン回転数Neとは、平地走行時の場合に比し高い領域となる。

Claims (2)
- クルーズ制御時に設定される目標車速と実際の車速との速度差から該実際の車速を前記目標車速に到達させるための要求馬力を求める要求馬力演算手段と、
前記要求馬力とエンジン回転数とに基づいて要求トルクを求める要求トルク演算手段と、
前記要求トルクと前記エンジン回転数とに基づきクルーズ制御用アクセル開度を求めるアクセル開度演算手段と、
前記アクセル開度演算手段で求めた前記クルーズ制御用アクセル開度と前記実際の車速とに基づいて無段変速機の目標変速比を設定して変速制御を行う変速制御手段と
を備える無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記アクセル開度演算手段は前記要求トルクと前記エンジン回転数とに基づき前記クルーズ制御用アクセル開度を特定するマップを有し、該マップには該クルーズ制御用アクセル開度の特性曲線が基本的に等馬力線に沿って設定されている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 前記マップに記憶されている前記クルーズ制御用アクセル開度の特性曲線は、
前記エンジン回転数が低回転数域では発進加速に必要とするアクセル開度よりも大きな開度の前記クルーズ制御用アクセル開度が設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置。
