Abstract
【解決手段】 液晶表示パネルと、液晶表示パネルの一辺に形成される接続部に接続されるフレキシブル配線板と、端面が液晶表示パネルの一辺における端面から突出するように、液晶表示パネルの表示面に接着される表示窓と、表示窓を配置する開口部が形成される外装部材と、表示窓の端面と開口部の端面との間にクリアランスが形成されるように、開口部に表示窓を配置するときに、クリアランスの近傍に位置するフレキシブル配線板を覆うように配置される第1の遮光部材とを有する。

Claims (7)
- 液晶表示パネルと、
前記液晶表示パネルの一辺に形成される接続部に接続されるフレキシブル配線板と、
前記液晶表示パネルの表示面に接着される表示窓と、
前記表示窓を配置する開口部が形成される外装部材と、
前記表示窓の端面と前記開口部の端面との間にクリアランスが形成されるように、前記開口部に前記表示窓を配置するときに、前記クリアランスの近傍に位置する前記接続部および前記フレキシブル配線板を覆うように配置される第1の遮光部材とを有することを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記開口部に前記表示窓を配置するときに、前記開口部の端面が、前記液晶表示パネルの前記一辺における端面よりも外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示窓は、前記表示窓の端面が前記液晶表示パネルの前記一辺における端面から突出するように、前記液晶表示パネルの表示面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項2の記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示窓は、前記液晶表示パネルの前記一辺以外の辺が前記表示窓の端面より突出するように接着され、
前記第1の遮光部材を前記フレキシブル配線板に配置したのち、前記表示窓の周囲を覆うように配置される第2の遮光部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記液晶表示パネルは、前記一辺と対向する一辺に封止部が形成され、
前記第2の遮光部材は前記封止部を覆うように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記液晶表示パネルの前記一辺に電子部品が実装され、
前記表示窓の端面と前記開口部の端面との間にクリアランスが形成されるように、前記開口部に前記表示窓を配置するときに、前記第1の遮光部材が前記電子部品、前記接続部および前記フレキシブル配線板を覆うように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の遮光部材は絶縁材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
