Claims (15)
- 第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースと分離され、前記第1ケースに対向するように位置する第2ケースと、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの間に収納される電極組立体と
を備え、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは接着剤によって接着されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは、金属物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記接着剤は、120〜200℃の融点を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記接着剤は、高分子物質であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記接着剤は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又は酸変性ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部の外側面に位置する第1段差部で構成され、
前記第2ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第1ケース側に延び、前記第1段差部に安着する第2突出部と、前記第1突出部が安着し得るように前記第2突出部の内側面に位置する第2段差部で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの結合過程で前記第1ケースは前記第2ケースの内部空間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部の端部から前記第1ケースと平行に延びる第2突出部で構成され、前記第1ケースは前記第2突出部に安着して前記第2ケースと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部と所定距離離間するように位置する第2突出部と
を備え、
前記第2ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第1突出部及び第2突出部間の空間に挿入されるように位置する第3突出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。 - 前記電極組立体の電極タップが外部に露出し得るように前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの一側面には互いに対向する複数の溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記電極タップのそれぞれには前記溝と重なる部分に絶縁テープが巻き取られることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記電極タップは前記溝によって形成された空間であって、外部に露出し、前記接着剤により前記第1ケース及び第2ケースと絶縁されるように固定されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記電極組立体の電極タップが外部に露出するように前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは一側面が開放されるように結合されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記電極タップが外部に露出するように貫通ホールを備え、開放された前記一側面に結合されるプレートを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記接着剤は、前記第1ケース及び第2ケースのそれぞれの側面に互いに対向するように位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
