Claims (16)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;および
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームを含み、
前記モジュールフレームは上部が開放された第1モジュールフレームおよび下部が開放された第2モジュールフレームを含み、
前記第1モジュールフレームは第1側面部、第2側面部および前記第1側面部と前記第2側面部とを連結する底部を含み、
前記第2モジュールフレームは第3側面部、第4側面部および前記第3側面部と前記第4側面部とを連結する天井部を含み、
前記第1側面部と前記第3側面部とが重なり、前記第2側面部と前記第4側面部とが重なったまま、前記第1モジュールフレームと前記第2モジュールフレームとが前記電池セル積層体を囲む、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1モジュールフレームの前記第1側面部および前記第2側面部が前記第2モジュールフレームの上部角まで延び、
前記第2モジュールフレームの前記第3側面部および前記第4側面部が前記第1モジュールフレームの下部角まで延びた、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルは、前記第1側面部、前記第2側面部、前記第3側面部および前記第4側面部と平行であるように直立または倒立形態に積層された、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1側面部は、前記第3側面部と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置し、
前記第2側面部は、前記第4側面部と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第3側面部および前記第4側面部それぞれの端部は、前記第1モジュールフレームの下部角と溶接結合されて結合部を形成する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第3側面部および前記第4側面部の少なくとも一つは、前記第1側面部および前記第2側面部より延び、内側方向に折り曲げられた折曲部を含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第3側面部および前記第4側面部の少なくとも一つは、前記第1側面部および前記第2側面部より延び、外側方向に折り曲げられたマウンティング部を含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記マウンティング部が前記第1モジュールフレームの下部角と隣接して位置した、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記マウンティング部に一つ以上の貫通口が形成された、請求項7または8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1側面部と前記第3側面部の間および前記第2側面部と前記第4側面部の間の少なくとも一つに位置する接着部材をさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1側面部と前記第3側面部との間および前記第2側面部と前記第4側面部との間の少なくとも一つに位置する剛性部材をさらに含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記剛性部材はプラスチック部材および金属板材の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1モジュールフレームは、前記第1側面部、前記第2側面部および前記底部が一体化した金属板材であり、
前記第2モジュールフレームは、前記第3側面部、前記第4側面部および前記天井部が一体化した金属板材である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記底部と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、両側面が上面および下面より厚い、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを一つ以上含む、電池パック。
