Claims (5)
- 上下方向と直交する第1方向に沿って並んで配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを収容する収容ケースと、
前記複数の電池モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記収容ケース内に配索されるワイヤハーネスと、
前記収容ケースの内部に設けられ、前記収容ケースを補強する補強部と、を備え、
前記補強部は、前記複数の電池モジュールから離れて配置され、前記第1方向に沿って延在する板状部を含み、
前記板状部は、前記複数の電池モジュール側を向く下面と、前記下面の反対側に位置する上面とを有し、
前記ワイヤハーネスは、前記板状部の前記上面に沿うように配索されており、
前記補強部は、前記板状部を保持する複数の保持部を含み、
前記複数の保持部は、前記第1方向に間隔をあけて並んで配置され、
前記保持部は、前記板状部の下方側で前記板状部に交差するように延在し、前記収容ケースに固定されるベース部と、上方から見た場合に前記板状部に重なる部分の前記ベース部から前記板状部に向けて立ち上がる立壁部と、前記立壁部の上端側に設けられ、前記板状部に固定される頂部とを、含み、
前記立壁部は、互いに隣り合う前記電池モジュールの間に配置されており、
前記頂部は、互いに隣り合う前記電池モジュールうちの一方の電池モジュールの一部に上下方向に重なるように、前記第1方向に沿って延在する、電池パック。 - 上下方向と直交する第1方向に沿って並んで配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを収容する収容ケースと、
前記複数の電池モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記収容ケース内に配索されるワイヤハーネスと、
前記収容ケースの内部に設けられ、前記収容ケースを補強する補強部と、を備え、
前記補強部は、前記複数の電池モジュールから離れて配置され、前記第1方向に沿って延在する板状部を含み、
前記板状部は、前記複数の電池モジュール側を向く下面と、前記下面の反対側に位置する上面とを有し、
前記ワイヤハーネスは、前記板状部の前記上面に沿うように配索されており、
前記補強部は、前記板状部を保持する複数の保持部を含み、
前記複数の保持部は、前記第1方向に間隔をあけて並んで配置され、
前記保持部は、前記板状部の下方側で前記板状部に交差するように延在し、前記収容ケースに固定されるベース部と、上方から見た場合に前記板状部に重なる部分の前記ベース部から前記板状部に向けて立ち上がる立壁部と、前記立壁部の上端側に設けられ、前記板状部に固定される頂部とを、含み、
前記電池モジュールは、組電池と、前記組電池の少なくとも一部を覆うカバー部材と、を含み、
互いに隣り合う前記ベース部の間に配置された前記組電池が前記第1方向に沿って並んで配置され、
前記カバー部材は、前記第1方向における前記組電池の両側のうち少なくとも一方側に位置する前記ベース部に重なるように設けられたブラケット部を含み、
前記ブラケット部は、前記ベース部とともに前記収容ケースに固定されている、電池パック。 - 上下方向と直交する第1方向に沿って並んで配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを収容する収容ケースと、
前記複数の電池モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記収容ケース内に配索されるワイヤハーネスと、
前記収容ケースの内部に設けられ、前記収容ケースを補強する補強部と、を備え、
前記補強部は、前記複数の電池モジュールから離れて配置され、前記第1方向に沿って延在する板状部を含み、
前記板状部は、前記複数の電池モジュール側を向く下面と、前記下面の反対側に位置する上面とを有し、
前記ワイヤハーネスは、前記板状部の前記上面に沿うように配索されており、
前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記第1方向に間隔をあけて並んで配置された複数の第1電池モジュールと、前記複数の第1電池モジュールよりも上方に配置される1つ以上の第2電池モジュールとを含み、
前記板状部は、前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールから露出する部分の前記複数の第1電池モジュールに重なるように前記第1方向に沿って延在する第1板状部と、前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールの少なくとも一部に重なるように前記第1方向に沿って延在する第2板状部とを含み、
前記ワイヤハーネスは、前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールから露出する部分の前記複数の第1電池モジュールに電気的に接続された第1ワイヤハーネスと、前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールに電気的に接続された第2ワイヤハーネスと、を含み、
前記第1ワイヤハーネスは、前記第1板状部の上面に沿うように配索されており、
前記第2ワイヤハーネスは、前記第2板状部の上面に沿うように配索されている、電池パック。 - 前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールが固定される固定板をさらに備え、
前記固定板は、上下方向において前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールに重なる部分の前記複数の第1電池モジュールと、前記1つ以上の第2電池モジュールとの間に配置され、
前記第1板状部は、前記固定板に接続される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記板状部は、上下方向および前記第1方向に直交する第2方向における前記複数の電池モジュールの中央部に重なる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
