Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが第1方向に沿って積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体の両端部を覆う絶縁カバー、
前記電池セル積層体の両側面に位置する側面プレート、
前記絶縁カバーと隣接した前記電池セル積層体の両端部を囲み、前記電池セル積層体を構成する前記複数の電池セルと前記側面プレートとを固定するホールディング部材、および
前記電池セル積層体に含まれている互いに隣り合う第1電池セルと第2電池セルのそれぞれから突出した第1電極リードおよび第2電極リードを含み、
前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードが互いに異なる方向にそれぞれ折り曲げられて前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードが重畳することによって溶接部を形成し、
前記溶接部と前記電池セル積層体の間には、前記溶接部が形成される前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードとの重畳部が前記電池セル積層体と直接向かい合うように空きスペースが形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードのうちの一方は正極リードであり、他方は負極リードである、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部が形成される前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードの重畳部は、前記電池セル積層体と直接向かい合っている、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。

を含む電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記第1重畳部を基準に前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードを折り曲げる段階は、前記第1電池セルの一面と前記第2電池セルの一面にそれぞれ配置される第1ジグと第2ジグを用いて行われ、前記第1ジグと前記第2ジグは前記第1重畳部を基準に互いに異なる一側に配置される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記第1ジグは前記第1電極リードを加圧し、前記第2ジグは前記第2電極リードを加圧し、
前記第1ジグは前記第1電池セルと共に回転することによって、前記第1電池セルと前記第2電池セルを垂直配列する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記第1電池セルと前記第2電池セルを垂直配列する段階の後に、前記第1ジグと前記第2ジグを解体する段階をさらに含み、

- 前記第1重畳部を溶接する段階は、前記第1重畳部の両面にそれぞれ配置された溶接ジグが前記第1重畳部の両面を加圧する段階をさらに含む、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
