Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体の両端部を覆う絶縁カバー、
前記絶縁カバーと隣接する前記電池セル積層体の両端部を囲むホールディング部材、および
前記電池セル積層体の上部面に位置する接着部材を含み、
前記接着部材の両面のうち前記電池セル積層体に向かう一面に接着物質が形成され、前記一面と反対になる他の一面に吸着補完層が形成されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記吸着補完層は多孔性高分子材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の上部面は段差部を形成し、前記段差部に沿って前記接着部材が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体に含まれる互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に位置する接着テープをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、電極組立体および前記電極組立体を収納するセルケースを含み、
前記電池セル積層体に含まれる互いに隣り合う電池セルは、それぞれのセルケースが直接対面する構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1による電池モジュール、
前記電池モジュールが複数取り付けられる複数のモジュール領域を有する下部パックハウジング、
前記モジュール領域内で前記下部パックハウジングに塗布された熱伝導性樹脂層、
前記複数の電池モジュールを覆う上部パックハウジングを含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂層は前記電池モジュールと前記下部パックハウジングの間に位置する、電池パック。 - 前記複数のモジュール領域は前記下部パックハウジング内に形成された複数の隔壁によって区切られ、前記隔壁は前記複数の電池モジュールのうち隣り合う電池モジュールの間に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルを一方向に積層して電池セル積層体を形成する段階、
前記電池セル積層体の上部に前記複数の電池セルそれぞれの一側を覆うように接着部材を形成する段階、および
前記接着部材上に吸着器を配置して前記吸着器で前記電池セル積層体を含む電池モジュールを運搬する段階を含む、電池モジュールの運搬方法。 - 前記吸着器は前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に垂直な方向に前記接着部材に付着する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの運搬方法。
- 複数のモジュール領域を有する下部パックハウジング内に前記電池モジュールを直接取り付ける段階をさらに含み、
前記複数のモジュール領域は複数の隔壁によって区切られ、前記電池モジュールは互いに隣り合う前記隔壁の間に取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの運搬方法。 - 前記接着部材の両面のうち前記電池セル積層体に向かう一面に接着物質が形成され、前記接着部材は前記電池セルを互いに固定する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの運搬方法。
