- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、を含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、底部および互いに向かい合う2つの側面部と、上部プレートとを含み、
前記底部は、第1部分と第2部分とを含み、前記第1部分は、前記電池セルの長手方向における縁部に位置し、前記第2部分は、前記第1部分の内側に位置し、前記第1部分の厚さは、前記第2部分の厚さより薄い電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体に連結されるバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向において互いに対向する両側が開放され、前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側における前記バスバーフレームは、前記電池セル積層体に連結され、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記電極リードが突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレームと、前記メインフレームの下部から延びた折曲部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折曲部は、前記底部の前記第1部分上に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折曲部の厚さと前記第1部分の厚さとを合わせた厚さは、前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、幅方向に形成された突出部を含み、前記突出部は、前記折曲部上に位置する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置するパッド部をさらに含む、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含み、前記パッド部は、前記熱伝導性樹脂層と前記第1部分との間に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの前記底部および互いに向かい合う2つの前記側面部は、上部が開放されたU字状フレームを構成しており、前記U字状フレームは、前記上部プレートと結合し、
前記複数の電池セルの積層方向と垂直な前記電池セル積層体の下部面が前記モジュールフレームの前記底部に装着される、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側にそれぞれ結合されたエンドプレートをさらに含み、前記モジュールフレームの開放された前記両側は、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向において互いに対向する、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 2つの前記側面部間の距離は、前記上部プレートの幅と等しい、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの前記側面部は、前記側面部の内面の角に沿って形成されたラウンド部を含む、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 上部が開放され底部および互いに向かい合う2つの側面部を含むフレームの前記底部に電池セル積層体を装着する段階と、
開放された前記フレームの前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆うように上部プレートを装着する段階と、
前記上部プレートと前記フレームの前記側面部とを結合する段階と、
前記フレームの開放された両側にそれぞれエンドプレートを結合する段階と、を含み、
前記電池セル積層体は、前記フレームの前記底部に垂直な方向に沿って移動しながら前記フレームの前記底部に装着される電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記電池セル積層体を前記フレームの前記底部に装着する前に、前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルの電極リードが突出した方向と反対方向にバスバーフレームを移動しながら前記電池セル積層体と前記バスバーフレームとを連結する段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記電池セル積層体を前記フレームの前記底部に装着する前に、前記フレームの前記底部に熱伝導性樹脂を塗布する段階をさらに含む、請求項12または13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂を塗布する段階の前に、前記フレームの前記底部にパッド部を形成する段階をさらに含み、
前記パッド部は、塗布される前記熱伝導性樹脂の塗布位置をガイドする、請求項14に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記電池セル積層体に含まれている複数の電池セルの積層方向と垂直な方向に前記電池セル積層体が前記フレームの前記底部に挿入される、請求項12~15の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
