Claims (13)
- 第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースと分離され、前記第1ケースに対向するように位置する第2ケースと、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの間に収納される電極組立体とを備え、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは接着剤によって接着され、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは、金属物質で形成され、
前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部の外側面に位置する第1段差部で構成され、
前記第2ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第1ケース側に延び、前記第1段差部に安着する第2突出部と、前記第1突出部が安着し得るように前記第2突出部の内側面に位置する第2段差部で構成される
ことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記接着剤は、120〜200℃の融点を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記接着剤は、高分子物質である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記接着剤は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又は酸変性ポリプロピレンである
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの結合過程で前記第1ケースは前記第2ケースの内部空間に挿入される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースと分離され、前記第1ケースに対向するように位置する第2ケースと、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの間に収納される電極組立体とを備え、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは接着剤によって接着され、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは、金属物質で形成され、
前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部の端部から前記第1ケースと平行に延びる第2突出部で構成され、前記第1ケースは前記第2突出部に安着して前記第2ケースと結合される
ことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースと分離され、前記第1ケースに対向するように位置する第2ケースと、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの間に収納される電極組立体とを備え、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは接着剤によって接着され、
前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは、金属物質で形成され、
前記第1ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第2ケース側に延びる第1突出部と、前記第1突出部と所定距離離間するように位置する第2突出部とを備え、
前記第2ケースの少なくとも一側面は前記第1突出部及び第2突出部間の空間に挿入されるように位置する第3突出部を備える
ことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の電極タップが外部に露出し得るように前記第1ケース及び第2ケースの一側面には互いに対向する複数の溝が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極タップのそれぞれには前記溝と重なる部分に絶縁テープが巻き取られる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極タップは前記溝によって形成された空間であって、外部に露出し、前記接着剤により前記第1ケース及び第2ケースと絶縁されるように固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の電極タップが外部に露出するように前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは一側面が開放されるように結合される
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極タップが外部に露出するように貫通ホールを備え、開放された前記一側面に結合されるプレートを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記接着剤は、前記第1ケース及び第2ケースのそれぞれの側面に互いに対向するように位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
