Claims (9)
- 第1電極板と第2電極板及びその間に介在されたセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電解液を収容するケースと、
前記電極組立体の外面に付着された仕上げ材と、を含み、
前記仕上げ材は少なくとも前記ケースと対応する面に粘着力を持つことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記仕上げ材は、延伸ポリスチレン(OPS)フィルムで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記延伸ポリスチレンフィルムは、電解液での粘着強度が6kgfないし15kgfの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二次電池。
- 前記延伸ポリスチレンフィルムは、電解液に含沈されない場合、粘着力のないことを特徴とする請求項2記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げ材は、前記電解液によって表面が化学的変形を起こして粘着性を持つように変質されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げ材は、前記電極組立体の一面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げ材は、前記電極組立体の一面及び一面と対向する他面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げ材は、前記電極組立体の外面全体を取り囲むように付着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の仕上げ部には外装テープがさらに付着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
