Abstract
【解決手段】 太陽電池パネルと、本体部21と、本体部の上部に位置し、太陽電池パネルの周縁部が嵌め込まれる嵌合部22と、嵌合部22の表面部材側の一部に太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下方まで切り欠いた水抜き用切り欠き部28と、を備えたフレーム20と、を有し、切り欠き部28の端部から10mm越えて30mm以下の範囲は空けて前記嵌合部にシール材40を塗布した後、嵌合部22に太陽電池パネルの周縁部を嵌め込み、太陽電池パネルの周縁部にフレームを取り付ける。

Claims (5)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
本体部と、本体部の上部に位置し、太陽電池パネルの周縁部が嵌め込まれる嵌合部と、前記嵌合部の表面部材側の一部に前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下方まで切り欠いた水抜き用切り欠き部と、を備えたフレームと、を有し、
前記切り欠き部の端部から所定の範囲は空けて前記嵌合部にシール材を塗布した後、前記嵌合部に前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部を嵌め込み、前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部にフレームを取り付ける太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記所定の範囲は、前記切り欠き部の端部から10mmを越えて30mm以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記フレームは、本体部と、本体部の上部に位置し、前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部を嵌め込む断面コ字状の嵌合部を有し、前記嵌合部の下側の保持部を構成する本体部の上面部には、シール材を塗布するため第1の凹部が設けられ、この第1の凹部に垂直方向に立ち上がる嵌合部の壁面にシール材を塗布するための第2の凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記第1の凹部、第2の凹部にシリコーン樹脂からなるシール材を塗布量32g/mで塗布することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の凹部の幅が3.5mm、前記第2の凹部の幅が4.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
