Claims (9)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
本体部、及び前記本体部上に設けられて前記太陽電池パネルの端縁が嵌め込まれる溝を形成する押え部を有する複数のフレーム片を接続して構成されるフレームと、
を備え、
前記押え部は、
前記本体部から前記太陽電池パネルのパネル上面よりも上方に延び、前記太陽電池パネルのパネル側面を覆う基部と、
前記基部から前記太陽電池パネル側に延び、前記パネル上面を覆う爪部と、
前記基部の前記パネル上面よりも下方に位置する部分を前記フレーム片同士の接続部から切り欠いて形成された水抜き孔と、
前記爪部を前記接続部から切り欠いて形成された導水部と、
を含む太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記導水部は、前記水抜き孔側に向かって面積が小さくなる太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記接続部から離れた位置において前記基部の前記パネル上面よりも上方に位置する部分を切り欠いて形成された排水部をさらに備え、
前記排水部は、前記導水部と連通している太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記排水部の切り欠き幅は、前記導水部の入口の切り欠き幅よりも狭い太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記各フレーム片は、長手方向両端部を長手方向に対して斜めにカットして、前記接続部で互いに一致するように形成された傾斜端面をそれぞれ有し、
前記導水部は、前記各接続部において前記各フレーム片のうち第1のフレーム片のみに形成される太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池パネルのパネル下面側において前記各フレーム片のうち第2のフレーム片に沿って取り付けられた端子ボックスをさらに備え、
前記第2のフレーム片は、前記爪部が前記傾斜端面の傾斜角度を維持しながら前記端子ボックス上を覆うように張り出している太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記水抜き孔の下端は、前記本体部の上面と略同一の高さに位置する太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記接続部において、前記各フレーム片の一方の前記本体部の上面と、他方の前記本体部の上面との間に段差が形成されており、
前記水抜き孔は、当該段差において前記本体部の上面が低い方の前記フレーム片に形成されている太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記各フレーム片の前記本体部は、内部に空洞部を有し、
前記本体部のうち少なくとも一方の下面には、下面水抜き孔が形成されている太陽電池モジュール。
