Description
実施形態において参照する図面は、模式的に記載されたものであり、図面に描画された構成要素の寸法比率などは、現物と異なる場合がある。具体的な寸法比率等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断されるべきである。
図4は、図3のB部拡大図である。図5は、端子ボックス30、及び第1カバー50を拡大して示す斜視図であり、図6は、第1カバー50を抜き出して示す斜視図である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、各張り出し領域51zの2箇所に固定部52をそれぞれ設けたが、図7Aに示すように、基部51の長手方向の全長に亘って基部51に対して略垂直な1つの固定部60を設けてもよい。ビス孔53は、固定部60の長手方向両端近傍の2箇所に形成されることが好適である。この場合、端子ボックス30とフレーム40Bとの間に固定部60が差し込まれ、固定部60と側壁部55とにより端子ボックス30は幅方向両側から挟まれる。
Claims (5)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
前記太陽電池パネル側に向いた上面、前記上面と対向する裏面、及び前記太陽電池パネルの厚み方向に沿った側面を有し、前記太陽電池パネルの裏面に取り付けられる端子ボックスと、
前記太陽電池パネルの端縁に取り付けられるフレームと、
前記端子ボックスの裏面を覆う基部と前記フレームに固定される固定部とで構成される金属製のカバーと、
を備え、
前記端子ボックス及び前記カバーは、前記フレームの長手方向に沿って取り付けられ、
前記カバーは、前記基部の幅方向一端において前記基部に対して略垂直に設けられる前記固定部と、前記基部の幅方向他端に設けられ前記端子ボックスの前記側面を覆う側壁部とを有し、前記端子ボックスの長手方向両端よりも前記フレームの長手方向両端側の位置で前記フレームにそれぞれ固定されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記基部の長手方向両側には、前記端子ボックスの前記裏面を覆う位置から張り出した張り出し領域がそれぞれ形成されており、
前記固定部は、前記各張り出し領域にそれぞれ設けられる太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記各張り出し領域は、前記基部の前記固定部が設けられる幅方向一端側よりも幅方向他端側で長手方向の長さが小さくなるようにカットされている太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記フレームは、前記太陽電池パネルのうち前記端子ボックスが取り付けられた部分の受光面側を覆う他方側カバーを有する太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記固定部は、歯付き座金を介して前記フレームにビス止めされている太陽電池モジュール。
