Claims (6)
- 横方向に配列された複数の太陽電池ストリングを備え、
前記複数の太陽電池ストリングのそれぞれは、
縦方向に配列された複数の太陽電池セルと、
前記複数の太陽電池セルの少なくとも一部を互いに電気的に接続する配線材と、を有し、
前記複数の太陽電池ストリングの少なくとも一部を互いに電気的に接続する渡り配線と、
前記複数の太陽電池ストリングの裏面側に設けられる反射充填部材と、をさらに備え、
前記複数の太陽電池セルのそれぞれは、前記縦方向に太陽電池セル端部まで延びるバスバー電極を有し、
前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の距離が、前記太陽電池ストリング間の距離より長く、
前記太陽電池ストリングを断面視した場合、前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の前記反射充填部材の表面の高さが、前記太陽電池ストリング間の前記反射充填部材の表面の高さより高く、
前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間において、前記反射充填部材が前記太陽電池セルの表面側の周辺部を被覆するように設けられており、その被覆量が、前記太陽電池ストリング間の前記反射充填部材が前記太陽電池セルの表面側の周辺部を被覆する被覆量より大きい、
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の距離が、前記渡り配線と前記太陽電池ストリングとの間の距離より長い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記渡り配線として、前記縦方向に並行して設けられる第1の渡り配線と第2の渡り配線とが設けられており、前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の距離が、前記第1の渡り配線と前記第2の渡り配線の間の距離より長い、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2の渡り配線が、前記第1の渡り配線より前記太陽電池ストリングに近い側に設けられており、前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の距離が、前記第2の渡り配線と前記太陽電池ストリングの間の距離より長く、前記第2の渡り配線と前記太陽電池ストリングの間の距離が、前記第1の渡り配線と前記第2の渡り配線の間の距離より長い、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池ストリング内における前記太陽電池セル間の距離が、前記渡り配線の前記縦方向の幅より長い、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射充填部材が、白色顔料を含有する充填部材である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
