Abstract
【解決手段】バスバー部3b,4bと、フィンガー部3a,4aと、を備える太陽電池であって、前記フィンガー部3a,4aは、前記フィンガー部3a,4aの長手方向に延在した第1端部と、前記バスバー部3b,4bに接続された第2端部と、を備え、前記第1端部の断面が、三角形状であり、前記第2端部の断面が、台形状である太陽電池1。

Description
に関する。
最初に、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係る太陽電池1の表面および裏面の構造について説明する。
図5は、太陽電池モジュール10の断面図である。太陽電池モジュール10は、上述の太陽電池1を充填材5を介して表面保護部材6及び裏面保護部材7で挟み、周知のラミネート処理を行うことで作製することができる。ここで、充填材5としては、例えば、EVAを用いられている。表面保護部材6としては、例えば、ガラスを用いられている。裏面保護部材7としては、例えば、PETを用いられている。
次に、太陽電池1の製造方法について説明する。

- バスバー部と、フィンガー部と、を備える太陽電池であって、
前記フィンガー部は、前記フィンガー部の長手方向に延在した第1端部と、前記バスバー部に接続された第2端部と、を備え、
前記第1端部の断面が、三角形状であり、
前記第2端部の断面が、台形状である太陽電池。 - 前記第1端部の電極高さは、前記第2端部の電極高さより低い請求項1記載の太陽電池。
- 前記太陽電池は、前記バスバー部を複数有し、
複数の前記バスバー部の間において、各々のバスバー部に接続された前記フィンガー部は、第1端部同士が接続された請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池。 - 表面保護部材と、充填材と、裏面保護部材と、を備え、
前記太陽電池が前記充填材中で配線材により接続された請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - バスバー部と、フィンガー部と、を備える太陽電池の製造方法であって、
前記バスバー部及び前記フィンガー部はスクリーン印刷法によって形成し、
前記フィンガー部の長手方向に延在した第1端部は、前記スクリーン印刷法における断面三角形状形成条件領域で形成する太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記フィンガー部の前記バスバー部に接続された第2端部は、前記スクリーン印刷法における断面台形状形成条件領域で形成する請求項5記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記スクリーン印刷法によって、前記バスバー部を複数形成し、
複数の前記バスバー部の間において、各々のバスバー部に接続された前記フィンガー部の第1端部同士を接続するように当該フィンガー部を前記断面三角形状形成条件領域で形成する請求項5又は6に記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
