Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る信号線駆動回路は、奇数アンプAMP11の出力端子と偶数アンプAMP12の出力端子との間に設けられたチャージシェアスイッチSW11と、奇数アンプAMP11の出力ノードSK11と奇数出力端子SKOUT11との間に設けられた出力スイッチSW14と、出力スイッチSW14と奇数出力端子SKOUT11との間の点と、奇数アンプAMP11の非反転入力端子との間に設けられたチャージシェアスイッチSW12と、奇数アンプAMP11の入力端子に接続された入力スイッチSW16とを備える。

Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置について、図1を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置の構成を示す図である。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置について、図3を参照して説明する。図3は、本実施の形態に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置の構成を示す図である。図3において、図1と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
本発明の実施の形態3に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置について、図4を参照して説明する。図4は、本実施の形態に係る信号線駆動回路を用いた液晶表示装置の構成を示す図である。

Claims (8)
- 第1アンプ及び第2アンプと、
前記第1アンプの出力端子と前記第2アンプの出力端子との間に設けられた第1チャージシェアスイッチと、
前記第1アンプの出力ノードと前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に設けられた第1出力スイッチと、
前記第1出力スイッチと前記第1アンプの出力端子との間の点と、前記第1アンプの入力端子との間に設けられた第2チャージシェアスイッチと、
前記第1アンプの入力端子に接続された第1入力スイッチと、
を備える信号線駆動回路。 - 前記第1チャージシェアスイッチ及び前記第2チャージシェアスイッチと、前記第1出力スイッチ及び前記第1入力スイッチとが排他的に導通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号線駆動回路。
- チャージシェア動作中に、前記第1チャージシェアスイッチ及び前記第2チャージシェアスイッチがオンであり、前記第1出力スイッチ及び前記第1入力スイッチがオフであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号線駆動回路。
- 前記第1アンプの出力電圧が所定の値以下であるか否かを判定する電圧モニター回路を備え、
前記第1アンプの出力電圧が所定の値以下の場合には、前記第2チャージシェアスイッチをオフ、前記第1入力スイッチをオンとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号線駆動回路。 - 第1アンプ及び第2アンプと、
前記第1アンプの出力端子と前記第2アンプの出力端子との間に設けられた第1チャージシェアスイッチと、
前記第1アンプ内に設けられ、前記第1アンプの出力ノードをハイインピーダンス状態とするスイッチと、
前記第1アンプの出力ノードと前記第1アンプの出力端子との間の点又はチャージシェア用共通線と、前記第1アンプの入力端子との間に設けられた第2チャージシェアスイッチと、
を備える信号線駆動回路。 - チャージシェア動作中に、前記第1チャージシェアスイッチ及び前記第2チャージシェアスイッチがオンであり、前記第1アンプの出力ノードをハイインピーダンス状態とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の信号線駆動回路。
- 前記第1アンプは、前記第2アンプの出力電圧の反転した電圧を出力することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の信号線駆動回路。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の信号線駆動回路と、
前記信号線駆動回路に接続された液晶パネルと
を備える液晶表示装置。
