Claims (16)
- 温度制御媒体が流れるフローチャネル(1.3.1、1.3.2)を含み、該フローチャネルは、フローチャネルに温度制御媒体を供給する又はフローチャネルから温度制御媒体を収集するフローディストリビュータチャネル(2)又はリターンフローコレクタチャネル(3)を終端部側に備え、フローディストリビュータチャネル(2)の上流にはフローディストリビュータ(4)が接続され、リターンフローコレクタチャネル(3)の下流にはリターンフローコレクタ(5)が接続されている、電気化学的エネルギーアキュムレータ(6)のための熱交換器ユニット(1)であって、
前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが離間され、相互に向かい合って配置されており、前記フローディストリビュータ(4)の一つの側面の中央に供給ポート(4.1)が配置され、前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)の他の側面の中央に排出ポート(5.1)が配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器ユニット。 - 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、前記フローチャネル(1.3.1、1.3.2)の長手方向に対して垂直に、外側の前記フローチャネル(1.3.1、1.3.2)の側方で、相互に向かい合った状態で、前記フローチャネル(1.3.1、1.3.2)の全長にわたって伸長していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、それぞれ単一チャネルとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、断面が矩形状になるよう形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、漏斗状又は円錐状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、それぞれ個別の平面チャネルとして形成されており、該平面チャネルの幅(b)が、ほぼ前記熱交換器ユニット(1)の高さに該当し、前記平面チャネルの長さ(l)が、ほぼ前記熱交換器ユニット(1)の長さに該当し、前記平面チャネルの高さ(h)が、長手方向に沿って変動することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記のそれぞれの平面チャネルの高さ(h)が、それぞれのチャネル終端部からチャネル中央部へ向かって増加することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)のチャネル中央部に前記供給ポート(4.1)が配置されており、前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)のチャネル中央部に前記排出ポート(5.1)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローディストリビュータ(4)と前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)とが、それぞれ、チャネルの高さ(h)が同一で、チャネルの幅(b)が変動する平面チャネルとして形成されており、前記チャネル中央部では、前記供給ポート(4.1)がチャネルの経路に対して垂直に、前記該フローディストリビュータ(4)の中へ開口しているか、又は前記排出ポート(5.1)が前記リターンフローコレクタ(5)から出口開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記供給ポート(4.1)と前記排出ポート(5.1)とが、それぞれ漏斗状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記供給ポート(4.1)の中で、フローのインプット側にエバポレータ(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記排出ポート(5.1)の中で、フローのアウトプット側の後方に軸流ファンを含むクーリングファン(11)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記フローチャネル(1.3.1、1.3.2)が、波状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12いずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニットを備えた電気化学的エネルギーアキュムレータ(6)であり、その内部に複数の電気化学的蓄電池(7)が配置されていることを特徴とする電気化学的エネルギーアキュムレータ。
- 請求項14に記載の電気化学的エネルギーアキュムレータを車両の電力供給のため又は車両の駆動装置への電力供給のために使用する使用方法。
- 前記車両が、路上走行車であり、1つまたは複数の駆動方法を有しており、該駆動方法が電気駆動を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の使用方法。
