Abstract
【解決手段】 電気化学的電池は、熱交換ユニットと、それぞれ少なくとも2つの近接する列に互いに並んで配置され、それぞれ熱交換ユニット間に配置される2つ以上の電気化学貯蔵セルとを備えている。熱交換ユニットは、温度制御媒体がその中を通って流れる熱交換チャネルと、循環分配チャネルと、フォワードフロー分配チャネルと、リターンフロー回収チャネルとを有する。熱交換ユニットは、それらの間に配置された貯蔵セルと共にバッテリボックス内に挿入される自立ユニットとして形成される。

Claims (15)
- 熱交換ユニットと、それぞれ少なくとも2本の近接する列に互いに並んで配置され、それぞれ熱交換ユニットの間に配置される2つ以上の貯蔵セルとを有し、前記熱交換ユニットは、温度制御媒体がその中を通って流れる熱交換チャネルと、循環分配チャネルと、フォワードフロー分配チャネルと、リターンフロー回収チャネルとを有する、電気化学的電池であって、
前記熱交換ユニット(1)は、それらの間に配置される前記貯蔵セル(2)と共にバッテリボックス内に挿入される自立ユニットとして形成される電気化学的電池。 - 前記熱交換ユニット(1)は固定ハウジング(12)内に配置される、請求項1に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定ハウジング(12)は、固定圧力板マウント(13)、固定圧力板(14)および側部固定クランプ板(15、16)を有する、請求項2に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定圧力板マウント(13)及び/又は前記固定圧力板(14)は、前記熱交換チャネル(3)と合致する半径輪郭(それぞれ、17または24)を備えている、請求項3に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定圧力板マウント(13)は、前記熱交換ユニット(1)への接続のための長穴(18)を備えている、請求項3あるいは4に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定圧力板マウント(13)及び/又は前記固定圧力板(14)は、前記固定クランプ板(15、16)への接続のためのクランプ溝(19、20、25)を備えている、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定圧力板マウント(13)は、前記バッテリボックス(38)内に配置される心出しボルト(40)が挿入される心出し穴(21)を備えている、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学的電池。
- セル(2)、供給管路部品および分配管路を保持する開口部(26)は、前記固定クランプ板(15、16)内に配置される、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記セル(2)の前記開口部(26)は、四辺形開口部の形をしている、請求項8に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記固定クランプ板(15、16)は、クランプフレーム(25〜30)を備えている、請求項3〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記熱交換ユニットがそれらの間に配置された前記貯蔵セルと共に挿入されるバッテリボックスを有し、
耐圧および耐水性で形成される前記バッテリボックス(38)は、少なくとも1つの排水および通気装置(42、43)を備えている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学的電池。 - 前記排水および通気装置は、排水および通気ネジ(42)と排水および通気ディスク(43)とを備えている、請求項11に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記排水および通気ネジ(42)は、前記排水および通気ディスク(43)に螺合を介して螺着される、請求項12に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記排水および通気ネジ(42)と前記排水および通気ディスク(43)とは、排水及び/又は通気のための横穴(45、47、49)を備えている、請求項12あるいは13に記載の電気化学的電池。
- 前記排水および通気ディスク(43)は、前記バッテリボックス(38)の内部に配置され、前記横穴(45)は前記バッテリボックス(38)の基部と面一であり、前記排水および通気ネジ(42)は、前記バッテリボックス(38)の外部に配置され、前記螺合を介して前記排水および通気ディスク(43)に螺着される、請求項14に記載の電気化学的電池。
