Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも2つの走行段位置と1つのパークロック位置との間において可動であるギヤセレクトエレメント(1)を有する、ギヤチェンジ伝動装置の切換段を選択するための操作装置において、
パークロックをアクティブ化するための付加的なパークロック操作エレメント(4)を有し、
前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は前記パークロック位置からの移動時に前記パークロックをデアクティブ化する切換命令を出力し、
他方では前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は走行段位置から前のパークロック位置への移動時または前のパークロック位置を通り過ぎる移動時にパークロック切換命令を形成しないよう構成されていることを特徴とする、操作装置。 - 前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)の前記パークロック位置はその他の切換位置の切換角度領域内に配置されている、請求項1記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置の前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は定義済み多重安定に設計されている、請求項1または2記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置の前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は単安定に設計されている、請求項1または2記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置の前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は不関に多重安定に設計されている、請求項1または2記載の操作装置。
- 前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)はそれ自体無制限に回転可能な回転つまみである、請求項5記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置は、前記回転つまみ(1)の回転角を制限する、アクチュエータにより調整可能なストッパ装置を有する、請求項5または6記載の操作装置。
- 前記付加的なパークロック操作エレメント(4)は前記回転つまみ(1)の端面の中央に配置されている、請求項6または7記載の操作装置。
- 前記付加的なパークロック操作エレメント(4)はパーキングブレーキをアクチュエータにより操作するために構成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- 少なくとも2つの走行段位置間で可動なギヤセレクトエレメント(1)と、選択された走行段を指示するギヤ指示装置(2)とを備えたギヤチェンジ伝動装置の切換段を選択するための操作装置において、
前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)に依存せずに位置変更可能である、パークロックをアクティブ化させるためのパークロック操作エレメント(4)を有し、前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)は、パークロックに入れられた際の該ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)の位置変化によってパークロックのデアクティブ化のための切換命令が出力されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、操作装置。 - 前記パークロックにはパークロック指示部(3)が対応付けられており、且つ前記パークロックは前記ギヤ指示装置(2)に組み込まれている、請求項10記載の操作装置。
- 前記ギヤセレクトエレメントは回転スイッチ(1)である、請求項10記載の操作装置。
- 前記回転スイッチ(1)は、前記ギヤ指示装置(2)において規定されているギヤセレクト位置を通り過ぎて独立した停止位置にまで回転可能である、請求項12記載の操作装置。
- 前記回転スイッチ(1)には限定的な個数の停止位置が設けられており、ストッパによって該回転スイッチ(1)の回転運動は制限されている、請求項12記載の操作装置。
- 前記パークロック指示部(3)は位置「N」と「D」との間において前記ギヤ指示装置(2)に挿入されている、請求項10記載の操作装置。
- 前記パークロック指示部(3)は考えられるギヤセレクト位置の到達可能性を指示する、請求項10から15までのいずれか1項記載の操作装置。
- 前記パークロック操作エレメント(4)は前記ギヤセレクトエレメント(1)の内部または近傍または表面に配置されている、請求項10または12記載の操作装置。
