Description
Claims (10)
- 熱分解油から化学的前駆体を製造するためのプロセスであって、
熱分解油を部分的に脱酸素して芳香族化合物、含酸素化合物および水を含む中間流を生成する;
中間流を、水溶性の相を含む第1の流れおよび芳香族化合物を含む第2の流れに分ける;ならびに
第1の流れを水の除去により濃縮し、それにより濃縮された有機相を作り出す
ことを含むプロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、さらに脱酸素の前に熱分解油中の固体を可溶化および分散させるための、化学薬品の熱分解油への添加を含むプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、熱分解油の脱酸素が水素化処理ユニット中で熱分解油を水素化加工することを含むプロセス。
- 請求項3に記載のプロセスであって、熱分解油の脱酸素が水素化分解ユニット中での熱分解油の水素化分解を含むプロセス。
- 請求項3に記載のプロセスであって、熱分解油の脱酸素が水素化処理ユニット中での熱分解油の水素化処理を含むプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、分離の工程が重量濾過のプロセスを含むプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、分離の工程が熱分解油に水を添加して水相を作り出すことを含むプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、水溶性の相を濃縮することが蒸発、蒸留、抽出、膜分離、吸着分離、またはそれらの組み合わせからなるグループからの分離プロセスを含むプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、さらに有機相を次のものを含む分離した流れに分けることを含むプロセス:
アルデヒド類、例えばホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、ヒドロキシアセトアルデヒド、グリオキサール、および他のアルデヒド類を含む第1の流れ;
有機酸、例えばギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、およびより大きな有機酸を含む第2の流れ;
フェノール類、例えばフェノール、クレゾール類、および他の芳香族アルコール類を含む第3の流れ;
ケトン類、例えばアセトール、シクロペンタノン、および他のケトン類を含む第4の流れ;
ならびに非芳香族アルコール類、例えばメタノール、エタノールおよび他のより大きな非芳香族アルコール類を含む第5の流れ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、さらに水溶性の相を濃縮する前の、アルカリおよびアルカリ土類金属を除去するための水溶性の相の前処理を含むプロセス。
