Claims (14)
- 特にプレート状の、建物の外壁に外で取り付けられるために備えられた建物の断熱用の要素であって、
換気ダクトとして用いることができ、端部領域以外のすべての側で該要素(2)によって取り囲まれるダクト(3)を有し、
前記要素(2)の個々の領域で、前記ダクト(3)は前記要素(2)の端部に向かって延び、前記要素(2)が外壁に取り付けられるとき、前記ダクトの前記外壁への接続(4)が所望の位置で形成され、該所望の位置を介して空気を建物の中に入れるまたは建物の外に出す要素。 - さらなるステップを必要とすることなく、ひとかたまりの前記要素(2)の生成とともに断熱材料を除去することによって、前記要素(2)を取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の要素。
- 熱透過率は、前記ダクト(3)の領域で、前記要素(2)の残りの領域に比べて25%程度高く、好ましくは20%程度高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の要素。
- 前記要素(2)は、ポリスチレン硬化フォームからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- ホットワイヤを使って前記断熱材料を切り取ることにより、前記ダクト(3)を得ることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記ダクト(3)の壁は、防音、音減衰するように組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記ダクト(3)はほぼ長方形であり、前記ダクトの幅は前記奥行きの約10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記ダクト(3)の幅は、約30cmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記ダクト(3)はほぼ円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記要素(2)の厚さは少なくとも10cmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 複数の要素が接続可能となりそれにより所望のダクトシステムを生成するように、くぼみとこれに嵌る嵌合部品などの接続装置が、存在し配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の要素。
- 前記建物の前記外壁に開口(5)が存在し、該開口は前記建物の内部を、前記要素(2)の前記ダクト(3)によって形成される前記ダクトシステムにつなげることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の複数の前記要素から形成される建物のための断熱システム。
- 前記外壁(1)の前記開口(5)は閉じることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の断熱システム。
- ワンピースの断熱要素、特にワンピースの断熱パネルから断熱材料を取り除くことにより、前記ダクト(3)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の要素を生成する方法。
