Abstract
本発明は、前述の方法によって得られた物品に、及びこの方法の状況で用いられる定量材に、及び前述の方法を実行するための装置にも関係している。
Description
定量材の長さ、幅、及び高さ:定量材は、圧縮方向のその高さと、押出方向のその長さと、その幅とによって区画形成される。定量材の高さと幅は、押出成形型によって決まり、定量材の長さは押し出された棒がどのように切断されるかによって決まる。定量材が円筒状のときは高さと幅は同一である。
鉛直軸線:圧縮軸線16
機能層:機能層は、薄い厚さのものであって、物品に特定の特性を与える。機能層は、例えばバリヤー層であり得る。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも一つの機能層(2、20)を具備する溶融多層樹脂の定量材(1)を圧縮成形することによって合成樹脂の多層物品(9)を製造する方法であって、前記定量材の各層は圧縮時には溶融状態にあり、該方法は少なくとも、
ダイを通して樹脂を同時押出しすること、
定量材(1)を得るために押出物を周期的に切断すること、及び
前記定量材(1)を型のキャビティ内に溶融状態で置くこと、を含んでおり、
該方法は、前記定量材内で、押出し方向と、前記押出し方向に平行な前記機能層(2、20)の配置とを規定しており、
前記押出し方向に交差する圧縮軸線(16)に対する非対称性を前記層の流れに導入するように、前記圧縮軸線(16)に沿って前記定量材が圧縮されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 主軸線に垂直に交差する方向で前記定量材が圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記定量材が直方体の形をしている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 円形断面の定量材が用いられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記定量材は、前記層が前記押出し方向に同軸に配置された円筒の形をしている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記主軸の周りの囲いを形成する機能層を有する定量材が用いられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記押出し方向に鋭角又は鈍角で交差する方向で前記定量材が圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記定量材は中心からずれて前記型に置かれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して定量材(1)を圧縮成形することによって得られた合成樹脂の多層物品(9)であって、前記多層物品(9)は該多層物品の層の非対称分布によって規定される、合成樹脂の多層物品(9)。
- 前記定量材内の層から形成される層の数が前記定量材内の層の数より少なくとも局部的に多いことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の多層物品。
- 該多層物品の外観が対称であること、及び長さが幅に等しくない定量材から該多層物品が得られることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の多層物品。
- 中央部分と機能部分とを具備している請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品であって、少なくとも前記中央部分と前記機能部分とを覆う多層構造を備えることを特徴とする、多層物品。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法で用いられる溶融多層樹脂の定量材(1)であって、溶融状態にある少なくとも一つの機能層を具備する、溶融多層樹脂の定量材(1)。
- 長さが幅に等しくない、請求項13に記載の定量材。
- 前記機能層(2、20)と少なくとも一つのその他の層との間の粘性の比率が、1/5以下又は5以上である、請求項13又は14に記載の定量材。
- 二つの平行な面を具備するとともに、前記二つの平行な面の間で斜めに配置された少なくとも一つの機能層を具備する、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の定量材。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行する装置であって、多層定量材を押出し方向(15)で押出すための手段と、前記押出し方向(15)に交差する方向(16)で前記定量材(1)を圧縮するための手段とを具備する、装置。
