Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para fabricar un objeto con múltiples capas de resina sintética (9), mediante, el moldeo por compresión de una porción de una resina con múltiples capas (1) fundida, que comprende al menos una capa funcional (2, 20), cada capa de la porción está en el estado fundido al momento de la compresión; el método consiste al menos, en coextruir la resina a través de una boquilla, en cortar el extrudado periódicamente con el fin de obtener una porción (1), a continuación, en depositar la porción (1) en el estado fundido en la cavidad de un molde; el método define por lo tanto, dentro de la porción, una dirección de extrusión y un arreglo de la capa funcional (2, 20) paralelo a la dirección de extrusión; el método está caracterizado porque la porción se comprime a lo largo del eje de compresión (16), que se interseca con la dirección de extrusión, para introducir, en el flujo de las capas, una simetría con respecto al eje de compresión (16). La invención también se relaciona con un objeto obtenido con el método mencionado anteriormente, con una porción utilizada en el contexto de este método, y con un dispositivo para implementar el método.
