Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、検体中の分析物の存在又は量を検出するための側方流動式分析装置が提供される。前記装置は検出領域を画定するクロマトグラフ媒体を含み、前記検出領域内には架橋ネットワークが非拡散的に固定されている。前記架橋ネットワークは、分析物の存在下で検出可能な変色を示すように構成された小分子インジケータを有している。

Claims (24)
- 検体中の分析物の存在又は量を検出するための側方流動式分析装置であって、
検出領域を画定するクロマトグラフ媒体を含み、
前記検出領域内には、前記分析物の存在下で検出可能な変色を示すように構成された小分子インジケータを有する架橋ネットワークが非拡散的に固定されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記架橋ネットワークが、前記クロマトグラフ媒体と前記小分子インジケータを結合するアンカー化合物をさらに有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記小分子インジケータが、前記アンカー化合物に共有結合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記小分子インジケータが、前記アンカー化合物に電荷間相互作用により結合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記アンカー化合物が、前記クロマトグラフ媒体に共有結合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記アンカー化合物が、前記クロマトグラフ媒体に電荷間相互作用により結合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2乃至6のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記アンカー化合物が、高分子化合物であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項7に記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記高分子アンカー化合物がポリマーであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記小分子インジケータが、ジアゾニウム化合物を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記小分子インジケータが、ベンジジン化合物、フタレイン化合物、アミノベンズアルデヒド化合物、又はそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、
前記クロマトグラフ媒体が、前記検出領域の上流側に位置する試薬領域をさらに有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の側方流動式分析装置であって、

前記架橋ネットワークが架橋剤をさらに有することを特徴とする装置。 - 検体中の分析物の存在又は濃度を検出するための方法であって、
