Abstract

HO-AR-COOR, HO-AR-COOR1COO-AR-OH, HO-AR-CONHR,
HO-AR-CO-NHR3-COO-AR-OH, HO-AR-CONHR2NHCO-AR-OH
上記構造において、ARは置換又は無置換のフェニレン又はナフタレンから選択され、R1、R2及びR3はC1からC6アルキル基、フェニル基、及びナフチル基で構成される群から選択される。

[0094] 市販されているポリエステル容器等級の樹脂(南カリフォルニア州SpartanburgのINVISTA)を、140℃の真空炉内で1晩乾燥し、50ppm未満の水分レベルにした。低分子量添加剤、カフェインを70℃の真空炉内で1晩乾燥し、表面の水分を除去した。多層容器を、2つの外層としてのPET、及びバリア層としてのカフェインと組み合わせたPETで製造した。バリア層は、容器の20重量パーセントを構成した。カフェインは、バリア層の15重量パーセント(容器の3重量パーセント)を構成した。射出成形に、ラボ規模のArburgユニットキャビティ射出成形機を使用した。Sidel SBO 2/3ブロー成形機でプリフォームをブロー成形し、容認可能な輪郭の容器を作成した。21.1gのプリフォームで12オンス(340.2g)用容器を作成した。
Claims (25)
- 高分子マトリックスを含む少なくとも2つの外層と、
前記少なくとも2つの外層の間に配置された少なくとも1つのバリア層を含み、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層が、高分子マトリックス及び低分子量添加剤を含む第1の高分子組成物を含む、
を有する多層容器。 - 前記少なくとも1つのバリア層と前記少なくとも2つの外層との間に少なくとも1つの中間層をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- a)前記少なくとも2つの外層が、前記多層容器の約99から約20重量パーセントを構成し、
b)前記少なくとも1つのバリア層が、前記多層容器の約1から約80重量パーセントを構成し、
c)前記低分子量添加剤が、前記多層容器内に、前記多層容器の約0.2から約10重量パーセントの範囲の量で存在する、
請求項1に記載の多層容器。 - 前記低分子量添加剤が、前記多層容器内に前記多層容器の約0.2から約10重量パーセントの範囲の量で、かつ前記少なくとも1つのバリア層内に前記少なくとも1つのバリア層の約0.25から約25重量パーセントの範囲の量で、存在する、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- a)前記少なくとも2つの外層が、前記多層容器の約99から約60重量パーセントを構成し、
b)前記少なくとも1つのバリア層が、前記多層容器の約1から約40重量パーセントを構成する、
請求項4に記載の多層容器。 - 前記低分子量添加剤が、前記多層容器内に前記多層容器の約2から約10重量パーセントの範囲の量で、かつ前記少なくとも1つのバリア層内に前記少なくとも1つのバリア層の約3.75から約25重量パーセントの範囲の量で、存在する、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- a)前記少なくとも2つの外層が、前記多層容器の約99から約80重量パーセントを構成、
b)前記少なくとも1つのバリア層が、前記多層容器の約1から約20重量パーセントを構成する、
請求項6に記載の多層容器。 - 前記低分子量添加剤が、前記多層容器内に前記多層容器の約2から約5重量パーセントの範囲の量で、かつ前記少なくとも1つのバリア層内に前記少なくとも1つのバリア層の約3.75から約12.5重量パーセントの範囲の量で、存在する、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- a)前記少なくとも2つの外層が、前記多層容器の約99から約60重量パーセントを構成し、
b)前記少なくとも1つのバリア層が、前記多層容器の約1から約40重量パーセントを構成する、
請求項8に記載の多層容器。 - 前記少なくとも2つの外層が、熱可塑性高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記熱可塑性高分子が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィン、ポリイミド、ポリラクチド、又はこれらの誘導体を含む、請求項10に記載の多層容器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの外層が、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの外層が、100モルパーセントの二酸成分及び100モルパーセントのジオール成分に対して、20パーセント未満の二酸、又は10パーセント未満のグリコール変性、又はその両方を有するポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)系コポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの外層が、リサイクルされた内容物を含むポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記第1の高分子組成物の前記高分子マトリックスが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記第1の高分子組成物の前記高分子マトリックスが、100モルパーセントの二酸成分及び100モルパーセントのジオール成分に対して、20パーセント未満の二酸、又は10パーセント未満のグリコール変性、又はその両方を有するポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)系コポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記第1の高分子組成物の前記高分子マトリックスが、リサイクルされた内容物を含むポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記低分子量添加剤が、1000ダルトン未満の分子量の化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記低分子量添加剤が、プリン誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記プリン誘導体が、カフェイン、テオフィリン、テオブロミン、キサンチン、尿酸、又はこれらの混合物を含むプリンジオンを含む、請求項19に記載の多層容器。
- 前記プリン誘導体が、アデニン、グアニン、7−メチルグアニン、チオグアニン、6−メルカプトプリン、ヒポキサンチン、ジアミノプリン、7H−プリン、1H−プリン、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項19に記載の多層容器。
- 前記低分子量添加剤が、芳香族又は脂肪族のエステル、ジエステル、又はポリエステル;芳香族又は脂肪族のアミド、ジアミド、又はポリアミド;1つ又は複数のエステル基を含む環状エステル;1つ又は複数のアミド基を含む環状アミド;又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の多層容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中間層が、ポリエステルテレフタレート、リサイクルされた内容物を含むポリエステルテレフタレート、又は接着剤層を有する、請求項2に記載の多層容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中間層が、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層の前記第1の高分子組成物を含む、請求項2に記載の多層容器。
- 請求項1の前記多層容器内に充填された飲料、及び多層容器内の該飲料を密封するための封(seal)を含む容器詰め飲料。
