Abstract
Description
本発明は、溶融ポリマー材料の射出後および冷却後に、その結果得られる多層パネルが、適切な従来の安全グレージングのいずれの用途においても使用されうる安全パネルとして機能するように配置される、2つの剛性基板の間に、ポリマー中間層を直接形成するために、射出成形を使用することを対象とする。本発明の方法は、安全グレージングにおいて通常見られる、グレージング基板の比較的狭い空間へのポリマーの射出を容易にするために、比較的低分子量のポリマー、多数の射出点、鋳型の圧縮および/または加熱された基板を利用する。
本発明は、射出成形を使用して多層グレージングを製造する方法を対象とする。本発明は、便宜上、ポリマー溶融体が間に射出される2枚のガラス板を有する多層構築体として記載されるが、さまざまな実施形態において別の剛性基板がガラスの代わりに使用されうることが理解され、以下において詳細に記載されよう。
Claims (20)
- 多層グレージングパネルを製造する方法であり、
2つの剛性グレージング基板を提供すること;
前記グレージング基板を互いに関連した位置に配置し、よって前記グレージング基板の間に間隙を形成すること;および
ポリマー溶融体を前記間隙中に射出し、よって多層グレージングパネルを形成すること
を含み、前記ポリマー溶融体は、150,000ダルトン未満の分子量を有するポリマーを含み、ならびに前記ポリマー溶融体は、ポリ(ビニルブチラール)、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたは部分的に中和されたエチレン/(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーのイオノマーを含む、方法。 - 前記分子量が100,000ダルトン未満である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記分子量が70,000ダルトン未満である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記基板がガラスである、請求項1の方法。
- 多層グレージングパネルを製造する方法であり、
2つの剛性グレージング基板を提供すること;
前記グレージング基板を互いに関連した位置に配置し、よって前記グレージング基板の間に間隙を形成すること;および
ポリマー溶融体を前記間隙中に射出し、よって多層グレージングパネルを形成すること
を含み、前記剛性グレージング基板の一方または両方が、前記射出の前に少なくとも80℃に加熱され、ならびに前記ポリマー溶融体は、ポリ(ビニルブチラール)、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたは部分的に中和されたエチレン/(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーのイオノマーを含む、方法。 - 前記剛性グレージング基板の一方または両方が、前記射出の前に少なくとも150℃に加熱される、請求項5の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶融体がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む、請求項5の方法。
- 前記基板がガラスである、請求項5の方法。
- 多層グレージングパネルを製造する方法であり、
2つの剛性グレージング基板を提供すること;
前記グレージング基板を互いに関連した位置に配置し、よって前記グレージング基板の間に間隙を形成すること;および
ポリマー溶融体を前記間隙中に射出し、よって多層グレージングパネルを形成すること
を含み、少なくとも2つの分離したゲートが、前記射出のために使用され、ならびに前記ポリマー溶融体は、ポリ(ビニルブチラール)、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたは部分的に中和されたエチレン/(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーのイオノマーを含む、方法。 - 少なくとも4つの分離したゲートが使用される、請求項9の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶融体がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む、請求項9の方法。
- 前記基板がガラスである、請求項9の方法。
- 多層グレージングパネルを製造する方法であり、
2つの剛性グレージング基板を提供すること;
前記グレージング基板を互いに関連した位置に配置し、よって前記グレージング基板の間に間隙を形成すること;および
ポリマー溶融体を前記間隙中に射出し、よって多層グレージングパネルを形成すること
を含み、
前記ポリマー溶融体が、150,000ダルトン未満の分子量を有するポリマーを含み、
前記剛性グレージング基板の一方または両方が、前記射出の前に少なくとも80℃に加熱され、
少なくとも2つの分離したゲートが、前記射出のために使用され、および
前記ポリマー溶融体は、ポリ(ビニルブチラール)、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたは部分的に中和されたエチレン/(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーのイオノマーを含む、方法。 - 前記分子量が100,000ダルトン未満であり、前記剛性グレージング基板の一方または両方が、前記射出の前に少なくとも150℃に加熱され、ならびに少なくとも4つのゲートが使用される、請求項13の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶融体がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む、請求項13の方法。
- 前記基板がガラスである、請求項13の方法。
- 多層グレージングパネルを製造する方法であり、
2つの剛性グレージング基板を提供すること;
前記グレージング基板を互いに関連した位置に配置し、よって前記グレージング基板の間に間隙を形成すること;および
ポリマー溶融体を前記間隙中に射出し、よって多層グレージングパネルを形成すること
を含み、
前記ポリマー溶融体は、ポリ(ビニルブチラール)、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーまたは部分的に中和されたエチレン/(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーのイオノマーを含み;ならびに
A)前記ポリマー溶融体は、150,000ダルトン未満の分子量を有するポリマーを含み;
B)前記剛性グレージング基板の一方または両方が、前記射出の前に少なくとも80℃に加熱され;または
C)少なくとも2つの分離したゲートが、前記射出のために使用される、
方法。 - A)、B)およびC)の中のちょうど2つを含む、請求項17の方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶融体がポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む、請求項17の方法。
- 前記基板がガラスである、請求項17の方法。
