Abstract
(A)尿素又はメラミン又はその混合物とアルカナールからなる多孔性コポリマー及び
(B)0℃で液状のシリコーン消泡組成物
を含有する消泡粒子(P)である。本発明の主題は、消泡粒子(P)並びに更なる担体材料を含有する粉末状消泡剤でもある。
【効果】消泡粒子(P)は、さらさらの凝結しない顆粒を生じ、これは傑出した貯蔵安定性を有する。消泡粒子(P)は、他の多孔性担体材料と極めて良好に相容性であり、これと一緒に粉末状消泡剤へと混合されることができる。粉末状消泡剤の有効性は、貯蔵の後でも高められた温度及び高められた空気湿分で、例えば粉末状洗浄剤マトリックスにおいて数ヶ月間を超えても維持したまま得られる。

(A)尿素又はメラミン又はその混合物とアルカナールからなる多孔性コポリマー及び
(B)0℃で液状のシリコーン消泡組成物
を含有する消泡粒子(P)である。
Rは、水素原子、一価のSiC結合した、場合により置換されている脂肪族の又は脂肪族基を介してケイ素原子に結合している芳香族の、1〜18個のC原子を有する炭化水素残基である、
R1は、水素原子又は一価の場合により置換されている、1〜30個のC原子を有する炭化水素残基である、
R2は、一価の場合により置換されている、6〜18個のC原子を有する芳香族の炭化水素残基であり、これは環の炭素原子を介してケイ素原子に結合している、かつ
a、b、cは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味する、
但し、a+b+cの合計は3以下であり、一分子につき一般式(2)の全単位の1〜100%、有利には10〜60%、特に有利には20〜40%においてcが0とは異なり、かつ、一般式(2)の全単位の少なくとも50%において有機ケイ素化合物中でa+b+cの合計が2である、との条件付きである]
の単位を有する少なくとも1の有機ケイ素化合物(C)を含有する。
(D1)充填剤粒子及び
(D2)一般式(3)
R3、R4は、水素原子又は一価の場合により置換されている、1〜18個のC原子を有する炭化水素残基である、かつ
d、eは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味する、
但し、d+eの合計は≦3であり、一般式(3)の全単位の50%未満において有機ポリシロキサン樹脂中でd+eの合計が2である、との条件付きである]
の単位からなる有機ポリシロキサン樹脂
から選択される少なくとも1の添加材料(D)を含有する。
R5は、Rについて挙げた意味合いを有する、
R6は、R1について挙げた意味合いを有する、かつ、
g、hは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味する、
但し、g+hの合計は≦3であり、一般式(4)の全単位の少なくとも50%において有機ケイ素化合物中でg+hの合計が2である、との条件付きである]
の単位を有する有機ケイ素化合物(E)を含有する。

(D1)及び(D2)から選択された添加材料0.1〜30質量部、場合により
有機ケイ素化合物(E)1〜900質量部及び場合により
有機化合物(F)0〜10000、特に0〜1000質量部
を含有する組成物である。
500mlの容器中に担体粉末として固形の成分127.5gを装入し、ブレード撹拌機(Fluegelruehrer)を用いてこの混合物を均質化する。引き続き22.5gの(15%)液状シリコーン消泡組成物を約80℃の温度で撹拌し、良好に均質化する。
この消泡粉末の泡抑制作用を市販の洗浄機中で試験した。Miele社のNovotronic W 918型の洗浄機中で試験した場合に、市販の消泡剤不含の粉末洗浄剤130gを1.69g(1.3%)の消泡粉末と混合した。この粉末混合物の泡の発生を主洗浄段階中で3.5kgの清浄な綿洗浄物と一緒に40℃の温度かつ3°GHの水硬度で試験した。この洗浄機のサイトグラスレベルを6つの同じ高さの部分に分割した。洗浄プロセスの間に生じた泡を0〜6の段階で読み取り、その際0は泡なしであり、6は最大の泡量に相当する。
粉末洗浄剤と消泡粉末からなる混合物を35℃かつ70%の相対空気湿分で貯蔵した。この消泡粉末は以下の組成を有した。
炭酸水素ナトリウム 40%
馬鈴薯デンプン 45%
液状シリコーン消泡組成物 15%
炭酸水素ナトリウム 35%
馬鈴薯デンプン 45%

Claims (8)
- (A)尿素又はメラミン又はその混合物とアルカナールからの多孔性コポリマー及び
(B)0℃で液状のシリコーン消泡組成物
を含有する消泡粒子(P)。 - 100gのコポリマー(A)が20℃かつ1barで少なくとも100cm3の液状消泡組成物(B)を取り込む請求項1又は2記載の消泡粒子(P)。
- シリコーン消泡組成物(B)が、一般式(2)
Rは、水素原子、一価のSiC結合した、場合により置換されている脂肪族の又は脂肪族基を介してケイ素原子に結合している芳香族の、1〜18個のC原子を有する炭化水素残基である、
R1は、水素原子又は一価の場合により置換されている、1〜30個のC原子を有する炭化水素残基である、
R2は、一価の場合により置換されている、6〜18個のC原子を有する芳香族の炭化水素残基であり、これは環の炭素原子を介してケイ素原子に結合している、かつ、
a、b、cは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味する、
但し、a+b+cの合計は3以下であり、一分子につき一般式(2)の全単位の1〜100%、有利には10〜60%、特に有利には20〜40%においてcが0とは異なり、かつ、一般式(2)の全単位の少なくとも50%において有機ケイ素化合物中でa+b+cの合計が2である、との条件付きである]
の単位を有する少なくとも1の有機ケイ素化合物(C)を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の消泡粒子(P)。 - 消泡粒子(P)並びに更なる担体材料を含有する粉末状消泡剤。
- 更なる担体材料が、スルファート、カルボナート、ホスファート、ポリホスファート、二酸化ケイ素種、シリカート、粘土、デンプン、セルロース材料及びアルモシリカートから選択される請求項7記載の粉末状消泡剤。
