Abstract
【解決手段】軸受1の取付けは、保持板6が外レースに対して回転できるように、肩部上で圧入することによって達成することができる。この軸受1は、その後、軸4で支承され、かつコンパクトなケーシング3内に挿入され、その結果、外レースは、ケーシング3の端部壁に形成されたハウジング2に案内される。その後、保持板6は、ねじ9によって係合されるため、締結ボス7を貫通孔8と同心にすることが必要なときは回転させることができ、その結果、保持板6は、外レースに対して軸方向に押圧される。

Claims (26)
- ケーシング(3)内に形成された軸受ハウジング(2)に収容するための外レースと、軸(4)で支承されるための内レースとをもつ軸受(1)を有する軸受けアセンブリであって、
前記軸受ハウジング(2)内への組立前に、前記外レース上に取り付けられる保持板(6)を有し、該保持板(6)は、この保持板(6)に対向するケーシング(3)の壁面内または壁面上に設けられた締結手段(9)と組になるための締結手段(7)を備えることを特徴とする軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記保持板(6)は、前記外レースに対し相対的な回転のため取り付けられる請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記保持板(6)は、前記ベアリング(1)の外レースの円形肩部(20)に形成された円形溝(21)と係合するため、塑性変形させた保持板(6)の円形の内周縁上に形成された、プレス作用による緩い締付けの固定縁部(17)によって取り付けられる請求項1または請求項2に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記固定縁部(17)は、前記保持板(6)の円形内周縁上の間隔を置いた部分にのみ形成する請求項3に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記間隔を置いた部分の総周長は、前記内周縁の円周の10%と30%の間である請求項4に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 締結工具が構成要素と前記保持板(6)の間で操作できない程度に前記保持板と近接して前記構成要素が取り付けられているところの軸(4)を組み合わせたものである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記軸受(1)がこの軸受ハウジングに一旦はめ込まれると、ケーシング(3)および前記構成要素が、締結工具の保持板(6)への作用を妨げるように、ケーシング(3)内に形成された軸受ハウジング(2)を組合わせたものである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記締結手段(9)は、前記ケーシング(3)に形成された貫通孔(8)を通して前記保持板(6)のボス内に嵌めこまれるねじを有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記締結手段(9)は、保持板(6)を所定の方向に角度的に整列させるため、ともに作用する請求項8に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記保持板(6)は、更に、前記軸受アセンブリの他の構成要素の位置決めまたは保持を行うための位置決め素子または保持素子を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- ギヤボックスと組み合わせる請求項10に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの更なる位置決め素子が、ギヤチェンジ支持ロッドの一端を収容する穴または凹部である請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 保持板(6)を軸受(1)の外レース上に取り付ける工程を有し、これにより、その後、前記軸受(1)が軸受ハウジング(2)に嵌め込まれると、軸受は、軸受ハウジング(2)が形成されるところのケーシング(3)と前記保持板(6)の間で作用する締結手段(9)によって固定される保持板(6)によって軸方向に保持される、軸受アセンブリの形成方法。
- 前記保持板(6)は、前記外レースに対し回転するように外レース上に取り付けられる請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受(1)の外レースの外端縁上に肩部を形成する工程と、
前記肩部に溝を形成する工程と、
ストリップ材に穴を打ち抜くことにより前記保持板(6)を形成する工程と、
前記穴の周りの円弧における前記保持板(6)上に、サイジングノーズを打ち抜く工程と、
前記保持板(6)の前記穴を前記肩部上に位置決めする工程と、
新たに形づくられた固定縁部(17)が前記溝と係合して形成されるように、固定縁部(17)をかしめるため、前記保持板(6)を、前記外レースの軸方向面に対して押圧する固定縁部工程と
を有する、請求項13または14に記載の方法。 - 前記穴の円周の部分の周りに、周方向に間隔を置く複数の固定縁部(17)を形成する工程を有する、請求項15に記載の軸受アセンブリの形成方法。
- 前記固定縁部(17)は、前記穴の周りに、該穴の周長の10%と30%の間の総弧長で弧の周りに形成される請求項15に記載の方法。
- 締結手段は、保持板(6)内に形成される請求項13〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記締結手段は、前記穴の周りに、複数のボスを前記保持板に打ち抜くことによって形成される請求項18に記載の方法。

- 締結工具が他の構成要素と前記保持板(6)との間で操作できない程度に、軸(4)上に前記構成要素が近接している状態で、組み立てられた軸受(1)および保持板(6)を軸(4)で支承させる工程を有する、請求項13〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受(1)は、軸(4)で支承され、かつ、ケーシング(3)に形成された軸受ハウジング(2)内に挿入され、締結具は、ケーシング3を貫通して、保持板(6)に形成された締結手段と係合する請求項13〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記締結具は、ねじである請求項23に記載の方法。
- 0.35を超える高い歪み硬化係数を有するような板の材料を選択し、そして、
元の板とボスの壁面との間の領域の曲率半径が下記の式を満たすようにダイに対してボスをプレス成形する工程を有する、使用中に繰返し疲労荷重が負荷される板にボスを成形する方法。
