Claims (8)
- 駆動輪と、アクチュエータの駆動によってパーキングポジションを含む複数のシフトポジションのうちのいずれか一つを選択するシフトポジション選択機構と、前記シフトポジション選択機構によって前記パーキングポジションが選択された場合に前記駆動輪の回転を制限するパーキングロック機構と、電気機器と、前記電気機器に電力を供給する電源とを含む車両の制御装置であって、
前記電源の遮断指示を受けた場合であって、かつ、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態である場合に、前記電源から前記電気機器への電力の供給を遮断するための電源遮断手段と、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に前記シフトポジション選択機構によって前記パーキングポジションが選択されるように前記アクチュエータを制御するためのアクチュエータ制御手段と、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を禁止するための禁止手段と、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態であるか否かを判定するためのロック判定手段と、
前記禁止手段によって前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択が禁止された場合であって、かつ、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定された場合に、前記運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を許可するための許可手段とを含む、車両の制御装置。 - 前記許可手段は、前記遮断指示を受けてから予め定められた時間が経過するまでの間に前記ロック判定手段が前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定した場合に、前記運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を許可する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記運転者から前記電源の遮断指示を受けたか否かを判定するための遮断判定手段をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記ロック判定手段は、前記アクチュエータ制御手段によって前記アクチュエータの制御が開始された場合であって、かつ、前記車両の速度が予め定められた速度よりも大きい場合に、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両の制御装置。
- 駆動輪と、アクチュエータの駆動によってパーキングポジションを含む複数のシフトポジションのうちのいずれか一つを選択するシフトポジション選択機構と、前記シフトポジション選択機構によって前記パーキングポジションが選択された場合に前記駆動輪の回転を制限するパーキングロック機構と、電気機器と、前記電気機器に電力を供給する電源とを含む車両の制御方法であって、
前記電源の遮断指示を受けた場合であって、かつ、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態である場合に、前記電源から前記電気機器への電力の供給を遮断するステップと、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に前記シフトポジション選択機構によって前記パーキングポジションが選択されるように前記アクチュエータを制御するステップと、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を禁止するステップと、
前記遮断指示を受けた場合に前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態であるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択が禁止された場合であって、かつ、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定された場合に、前記運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を許可するステップとを含む、車両の制御方法。 - 前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を許可するステップは、前記遮断指示を受けてから予め定められた時間が経過するまでの間に前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定された場合に、前記運転者の指示に基づく前記パーキングポジションと異なるシフトポジションの選択を許可する、請求項5に記載の車両の制御方法。
- 前記制御方法は、前記運転者から前記電源の遮断指示を受けたか否かを判定するステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の車両の制御方法。
- 前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態であるか否かを判定するステップは、前記アクチュエータを制御するステップにて前記アクチュエータの制御が開始された場合であって、かつ、前記車両の速度が予め定められた速度よりも大きい場合に、前記パーキングロック機構が有効に作動する状態でないと判定する、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の車両の制御方法。
