Abstract
【解決手段】車両が正常に走行している場合、衝撃センサ7が検出する衝撃の大きさは上限値を超えないので、スイッチ要素4がオン状態に維持される。一方、走行中の車両が他の車両あるいは障害物などに衝突するような事故が発生した場合、車両に大きな衝撃が加わり、衝撃センサ7が検出する衝撃の大きさが上限値以上となる。すると、制御部5がスイッチ要素4を駆動してオフするので、コイル端子12から電磁石ブロック3への励磁電流の供給経路が遮断されて電磁石ブロック3が励磁されなくなり、接点ブロック2が開極する。その結果、制御装置24による制御の有無に関わらず、電磁開閉装置1が自発的にオフして電路21を開成するので、衝撃が加わった場合の安全性の向上を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 電路に挿入される接点ブロック並びに当該接点ブロックを駆動する電磁石ブロックを有し、当該電磁石ブロックは外部から励磁電流が供給されているときに前記接点ブロックを駆動して前記電路を閉成する電磁開閉装置であって、前記励磁電流の供給経路に挿入される常閉型のスイッチ要素と、所定以上の衝撃を検出する衝撃センサから衝撃検出信号を取得する取得部と、当該取得部で前記衝撃検出信号が取得されたときに前記スイッチ要素をオフして前記供給経路を開成する制御部とを備えることを特徴とする電磁開閉装置。
- 前記衝撃検出信号が入力される信号端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 少なくとも前記接点ブロック、前記電磁石ブロック、前記スイッチ要素、前記取得部、前記制御部を収納するケースを備え、当該ケース内に前記衝撃センサが収納されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記スイッチ要素の駆動電力を供給するための電源を外部から受電するための受電端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 少なくとも前記接点ブロック、前記電磁石ブロック、前記スイッチ要素、前記取得部、前記制御部を収納するケースと、当該ケースに収納され、前記スイッチ要素の駆動電力を供給するための電源とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電磁開閉装置。
