Abstract
【解決手段】 化学成分としてのFe2O3を2〜20質量%含有し、カルシウムアルミネートとカルシウムアルミノフェライトを有効成分とする速硬性組成物であって、速硬性組成物に含有されるFe2O3のうちの10〜50質量%がカルシウムアルミノフェライトの形成成分である速硬性組成物。

Description
次のA1〜A3から選定された原料を用い、表1に表す配合量となるようレディゲミキサで乾式混合した。原料混合物を雰囲気調整可能な電気炉を用い、表1に表す温度でそれぞれ空気中(C1、C2、D3)又は窒素ガス雰囲気中(D1、D2)で3時間加熱した。当該温度からは表1に表すように炉外常温下に加熱物を取り出して空気中に放置する急冷か炉内に留めて自然放冷する徐冷の何れかの処理を行い、カルシウムアルミノフェライトの冷却物(C1〜C2)、何れもカルシウムアルミノフェライトを含まず、カルシウムアルミネート系物質を主要生成相とする冷却物(D1〜D3)を作製した。各冷却物はボールミルで粉砕し、ブレーン比表面積5250±250cm2/gとなるよう調整した。
A1;石灰石(CaO含有量55質量%)
A2;アルミナ(α−Al2O3含有量98質量%、市販品)
A3;Fe2O3(純度>99%、市販試薬)
B1;II型無水石膏(ブレーン比表面積約8000cm2/g、市販試薬)
B2;凝結促進剤(炭酸リチウム、市販試薬)
B3;凝結遅延剤(クエン酸、市販試薬)
変動係数(%)=供試体5個の圧縮強度平均値の標準偏差/供試体5個の圧縮強度平均値
以上の結果を表4に纏めて表す。
Claims (2)
- 化学成分としてのFe2O3を2〜20質量%含有し、カルシウムアルミネートとカルシウムアルミノフェライトを有効成分とする速硬性組成物であって、含有するFe2O3のうちの10〜50質量%がカルシウムアルミノフェライトの形成成分として含有される速硬性組成物。
- 請求項1記載の速硬性組成物、無水石膏、凝結促進剤及び凝結遅延剤を含有してなる速硬混和材。
