Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、触媒、及び適宜の添加剤からなるポリウレタン発泡原料を攪拌混合してポリオールとポリイソシアネートを反応させて得られたポリウレタン発泡体21からなる水処理用微生物担体を、ポリウレタン発泡体21の所定表面にイソシアネート末端ポリウレタンプレポリマー23を80g/m2〜1000g/m2程度付着し、硬化させた後に数mm〜70mm程度の立方体に裁断したもので構成した。

Description
また、無機系繊維、無機系微粒子、金属繊維、金属微粒子、合成樹脂の少なくとも一つからなる見かけ比重向上材が施された軟質ポリウレタンフォームの微生物固定担体が提案されている。しかし、この場合、微生物固定担体の使用中に、軟質ポリウレタンフォームから見かけ比重向上材が脱落して流失し、排水処理能力が低下するおそれがある。
