Abstract
筒内圧センサの出力特性を補正する方法において、最大筒内圧力や着火時期を検出するために必要な測定範囲が筒内の燃焼周期の中で高い圧力領域であるのに対し、補正に用いる基準圧力の測定は吸気弁や排気弁が開いている時に行われるため、基準圧力が前記測定範囲から外れ、十分な補正精度を得られない。
【解決手段】
内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気通路内の排気圧力を測定する排気圧力検出手段と、測定した排気圧力の時間履歴を記録する排気圧力記録手段と、記録した排気圧力の時間履歴より、排気圧力の脈動周期毎の最大値を検出する最大排気圧力検出手段と、検出した最大排気圧力を用いて燃焼周期毎の筒内圧の最大値を算出し、算出した筒内圧の最大値を基準圧力に用いるようにした。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の筒内圧を測定するための筒内圧測定装置において、
内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気通路内の排気圧力を測定する排気圧力検出手段と、
測定した排気圧力の時間履歴を記録する排気圧力記録手段と、
記録した排気圧力の時間履歴より、排気圧力の脈動周期毎の最大値を検出する最大排気圧力検出手段と、
検出した最大排気圧力を用いて、燃焼周期毎の筒内圧の最大値を算出する演算手段を備え、
算出した燃焼周期毎の筒内圧の最大値を出力することを特徴とする筒内圧測定装置。 - 内燃機関の筒内圧を測定するための筒内圧測定装置において、
内燃機関のクランク角度を検出するクランク角度検出手段と、
検出したクランク角度の時間履歴を記録するクランク角度記録手段と、
筒内圧を検出するための筒内圧検出手段と、
検出した筒内圧の時間履歴を記録する筒内圧記録手段と、
記録した筒内圧の時間履歴より、燃焼周期毎の筒内圧の最大値を検出する最大筒内圧1検出手段と、
記録した筒内圧の時間履歴より、燃焼周期毎の筒内圧が最大となる時刻を検出する時刻1検出手段と、
記録したクランク角度の時間履歴より、燃焼周期毎の筒内圧が最大となるクランク角度1を検出するクランク角度1検出手段と、
内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気通路内の排気圧力を検出する排気圧力検出手段と、
検出した排気圧力の時間履歴を記録する排気圧力記録手段と、
記録した排気圧力の時間履歴より、脈動周期毎の排気圧力の最大値を検出する最大排気圧力検出手段と、
検出した最大排気圧力を用いて燃焼周期毎の筒内圧の最大値を算出する最大筒内圧2演算手段と、
記録した排気圧力の時間履歴より、脈動周期毎の排気圧力が最大となる時刻を検出する時刻2検出手段と、
記録したクランク角度の時間履歴より、脈動周期毎の排気圧力が最大となるクランク角度2を検出するクランク角度2検出手段と、
クランク角度1と、クランク角度1の時点で最大となる筒内圧によって生じる排気圧力が最大となるクランク角度2の偏差が、複数の燃焼周期において、概ね一定となる基準クランク角度を定める基準クランク角度設定手段と、
複数の燃焼周期において、基準クランク角度とクランク角度1の和と、クランク角度2を比較し、双方の差が最も小さくなるクランク角度1とクランク角度2の組合せを検出するクランク角度組合せ検出手段と、
検出したクランク角度の組合せにおいて、クランク角度2における排気圧力より前記最大筒内圧2演算手段を用いて算出した最大筒内圧2と、クランク角度1における最大筒内圧1との圧力偏差を算出する演算手段と、
算出した圧力偏差を用いて、前記筒内圧検出手段の出力特性を補正する補正手段を備えたことを特徴とする筒内圧測定装置。
