Claims (10)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収納される缶と、前記缶の開放部を密封するキャップ組立体と、
互いに対向する2つの長側壁、及び、2つの短側壁を有し、前記電極組立体とキャップ組立体との間に設けられた絶縁ケースと、
を含み、
前記絶縁ケースは、前記長側壁の両端部の外面間距離(H2)が長側壁の中央部の外面間距離(H1)より大きく形成されることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記長側壁は平面状に形成され、前記短側壁は曲面状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記長側壁の厚さより前記短側壁が厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、前記長側壁と前記短側壁とが連結する部位に傾斜部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記傾斜部は前記短側壁から前記長側壁に向かって傾斜するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記傾斜部の傾斜角度は、長側壁面の中央部の外面に対して1〜10°であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、さらに、前記長側壁の外側に突出部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部の形成された長側壁の外面間距離(H3)は、前記長側壁の両端部の外面間距離(H2)より長いことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、突出した突出長さが0.075mm〜0.095mmであることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、突出した突出長さが0.085mmであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
