Claims (10)
- 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔과, 상기 캔의 개방된 상부와 결합되는 캡플레이트를 구비한 캡조립체를 포함하는 베어셀;상기 베어셀의 두 전극에 전기 접속되는 보호회로기판; 및상기 베어셀과 상기 보호회로기판 사이 공간에 채워지는 성형수지부를 포함하여 이루어진 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캔의 상부 중 적어도 일부가 상기 캡플레이트의 상면보다 위로 돌출되고, 이 돌출된 부위(이하, "돌출부"라고 함)가 상기 성형수지부와 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부의 내측과 상기 캡플레이트가 이루는 각은 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부의 높이는 상기 성형수지부의 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캔의 상부 내벽에 걸림턱이 형성되며, 상기 걸림턱에 상기 캡플레이트가 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판의 한 접속단자는 상기 돌출부에 전기 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔과, 상기 캔의 개방된 상부와 결합되는 캡플레이트를 구비한 캡조립체를 포함하는 베어셀;상기 베어셀의 두 전극에 전기 접속되는 보호회로기판; 및상기 베어셀과 상기 보호회로기판 사이 공간에 채워지는 성형수지부를 포함하여 이루어진 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡플레이트의 가장자리부 중 적어도 일부는 주변의 다른 부분보다 위로 돌출되고, 이 돌출된 부위(이하, "돌출부"라고 함)가 상기 성형수지부와 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부의 내측과 상기 캡플레이트의 다른 부분이 이루는 각은 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부의 높이는 상기 성형수지부의 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 캔의 상부 내벽에 걸림턱이 형성되며, 상기 걸림턱에 상기 캡플레이트가 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판의 한 접속단자는 상기 돌출부에 전기 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
